Braun Strowman took to social media this week and left a poem for his long time rival Roman Reigns, making sure he knows he isn't finished with him.

Braun Strowman made an early and unexpected return to Monday Night Raw this week and The Monster Among Men had one thing on his mind: revenge. Following his beat down of Roman Reigns on Monday night, Strowman took to social media in order to rub salt in the wounds that he had just inflicted on The Big Dog. The former strong man's method to further threaten Reigns might shock you however, as he put his intentions in the form of a poem.

While the Twitter version slightly differs from the version Braun posted on his Instagram account, the two are effectively the same. The poem goes 'Roses are red, violets are blue, you've seemed to forgotten, I'm not finished with you!'. Most wouldn't have pegged Braun as the poetic type, but here he is proving us wrong and combining his monstrous brand of punishment in the ring with not only poetry but a generous dose of humor as well.

The Instagram post is one that takes the form of a meme, and whether Strowman actually created it himself or it's the work of an adoring fan is still unclear.

PREVIOUSLY: WHEN WILL BRAUN STROWMAN RETURN TO THE WWE?

Braun Strowman returned to Raw this week following an absence of a little under two months, something that came as a bit of a shock to fans as the injury Braun suffered was supposed to keep him out of action for around six months. It was rumored that WWE initially dramatized the severity of the injury in order to make Strowman seem superhuman when he returned in record time. His return had him arrive in the back of an ambulance before making his way to the ring to exact some revenge on Roman Reigns, the man who rendered him out of action. Braun also announced that the two will meet in an ambulance match at Great Balls Of Fire on July 9th.

While WWE's intentions are obviously to make Stormwan a monster heel that Roman can slay, that plan has backfired somewhat. Instead fans have continued to show their disdain for Reigns while in turn have shown their support for his behemoth of a rival. It's hard to pinpoint exactly why the fans have gravitated towards Braun, aside from his continued on-screen hatred of Reigns. This latest twist in the form of a poem may be a sign that WWE are actually going to give the fans what they want when it comes to the Strowman – Roman rivalry.
