With the Shield's first match as a unit looking like a handicapped affair, they should look to these names to even out the odds. WWE had been teasing it for a while, and on Monday night it finally happened. Roman Reigns interrupted The Miz's Miz TV segment with a look on his face that suggested he was going to take out the multiple Superstars in the ring all by himself. That was not the case though, and before The Big Dog made his way down the ramp Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose joined the former WWE Champion. The Shield reunion is finally here and the reunited trio enjoyed an extremely fun first night back. Not only did they get revenge on The Miz and his cronies, but they also doled out a little punishment to Braun Strowman. On the back of that, The Shield find themselves in a three-on-four handicap match at TLC in a little under two weeks against Miz, Braun, Sheamus, and Cesaro. It's not beyond the realms of possibility that Reigns and co could add a fourth to their ranks to level things up for the pay-per-view main event, but who could it be?

5. Jason Jordan

via onlineworldofwrestling.com

WWE is currently in the business of trying to get the crowd to fall in love with Jason Jordan. Well sorry, but so far no good. Even the announcement that he is Kurt Angle's illegitimate son was met with a collective groan from the WWE Universe. Matches with John Cena and Roman Reigns haven't done the trick for Jordan, but perhaps pairing him up with The Shield for one night only might do the trick. Jordan has a history with The Miz, so it would make storyline sense. Much like The Big Dog though don't expect the cheers to carry on once that Shield rub has worn off.

4. Matt Hardy

The Shield certainly made their presence felt throughout their first night back as a team. Not only did they lay waste to The Miztourage, Sheamus, and Cesaro, but they also sent a very strong message to Braun Strowman. The Monster Among Men just finished up a win over Matt Hardy but wasn't done beating down the veteran tag wrestler. As Strowman carried Matt back to the locker room, he was confronted by The Shield who taught Strowman a lesson for the beatings he delivered to Seth and Dean the last two weeks, all while saving Matt Hardy. Matt will likely want to thank The Hounds Of Justice as well as get some revenge on Braun and he could kill two birds with one stone by joining them at TLC.

3. Kassius Ohno

via wwe.com

This one is a little out of left field, but it would be incredible to see it did come to fruition. First, we have to go back a few years to something rather poignant that CM Punk said after he parted ways with WWE. The Second City Saint was less than favorable when it came to his comments about Roman Reigns. In fact, Punk claims that The Big Dog was never intended to be the powerhouse of The Shield. Apparently, the original choice for that role was NXT Superstar Kassius Ohno. Ohno was with NXT a while ago and eventually left only to return relatively recently. He's currently not involved in anything at Full Sail, what a story it would be if The Shield recruited Kassius.

2. Finn Balor

There's an obvious obstacle currently in the way of Finn Balor potentially teaming up with The Shield at TLC, and that is the ongoing feud between The Demon and Bray Wyatt. The last couple of weeks have seen The Eater Of Worlds gradually introduce us and Finn to the incredibly creepy Sister Abigail, and it would appear that the two foes are destined to clash again at TLC. Well, there may be a spanner in the works when it comes to those plans. Wyatt missed some live events over the weekend and was only present on Raw via a pre-taped segment. It's still unclear as to why Wyatt isn't around, but if it's something serious, it may mean WWE has to find something else for Balor, and why not a brief foray as The Shield's fourth member?

1. Samoa Joe

via wrestlingnewssourse.com

The fifth and final potential candidate who could accompany The Shield in the main event at TLC may very well be the one that would be the most devastating, Samoa Joe. Joe has been off of TV recently following an injury he suffered not long after SummerSlam, but apparently, The Destroyer is nearing a return to action. Now, since Joe has been away for about a month and a half, naturally, he currently isn't involved in an angle. If WWE does want to bring him back before TLC, then what better way than this? Granted Joe isn't exactly one for working well with others, but apparently, WWE is looking to start a feud between him and Braun Strowman and this would be a great way to kick that off.
