2021's All Out pay-per-view was unquestionably the most important event in AEW's brief history. Three huge names debuted, Japanese legend Minoru Suzuki left Jon Moxley reeling, while CM Punk showed everyone why he calls himself The Best In The World.

Winner: Eddie Kingston Vs Miro

"God's Favorite Champion" Miro retained his TNT Championship over Eddie Kingston in a match that was way better than it had any right to be. The result was a foregone conclusion but there was a couple of moments where it looked like maybe--just maybe--Eddie was going to pull off a huge upset. The match didn't have a lot of build, but ultimately it didn't matter as Kingston and Miro had a lot of chemistry and were able to get the crowd fired up for what was to come. It was the perfect opening match.

Loser: Jon Moxley

Mox defeated Japanese veteran Satoshi Kojima in the second bout of the show but was left reeling by a surprise debutant soon after. Mox and Kojima had a solid strong-style match with plenty of stiff blows that was plenty enjoyable considering it had almost no build. It took two Paradign Shifts for Moxley to put Kojima away, but he didn't have long to celebrate as Kojima's fellow New Japan veteran Minoru Suzuki made his AEW debut and confronted Mox. The two men immediately went to work trading blows, but Suzuki gained the upper. When it was all said and done, Mox was laying on the mat as Suzuki basked in Chicago's adulation.

A good match followed by an awesome debut.

Loser: CM Punk's Pants

In front of a raucous hometown crowd, CM Punk proved that he can still go. Seven years is a long time, and Punk's best years are certainly behind him, but man was it good to see him back in a wrestling ring. The match started off slowly, with Punk and Allin trading holds and locking up as they tried to feel each other out. As the pace of the match quickened, the odds of Allin winning increased, but Punk held his own and showed flashes of the same brilliance that enabled him to call himself the Best In The World.

Punk got the win after hitting Allin with a Go To Sleep, and the crowd went absolutely wild. Darby and Punk brought out the best in each other and absolutely over-delivered. The only issue was that Punk wrestled in long tights which looked weird as hell. Of course, nobody expected him to come out in the same gear he wore in his final WWE run, but Punk wrestling in pants just feels weird.

Winner: Adam Cole And Daniel Bryan Debut

Kenny Omega retained the AEW World Championship against Christian Cage in a brilliant main event that wasn't quite as brilliant as their match on Rampage a few weeks ago. After the bell, Omega and his Elite cronies delivered a post-match beatdown of Cage that even Luchasaurus, Jungle Boy, and Marko Stunt were unable to stop. Omega gloated on the mic, and insisted that the only people who could beat him were already dead ... enter Adam Cole BAYBAY!

Cole made his way to the ring, but immediately Superkicked Jungle Boy and, unsurprisingly, aligned himself with his former Bullet Club buddies who welcomed him back into the fold with hugs and kisses. Omega continued to gloat and said there was no way he was going to send the crowd home happy ... enter Bryan Danielson.

Danielson came to the ring and leveled the playing field. He sided with Christian Cage and Jurassic Express, and the two tribes went to war as the crowd went absolutely wild.

What was already a phenomenal show closed with two game-changing debuts that will change the landscape of professional wrestling. Even the most ardent AEW cynics will struggle to deny that this show was anything less than stellar.
