AAA, the top wrestling promotion in Mexico is looking to benefit from the latest set of WWE Superstar releases and is keeping its eye on a few of the top names.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter (WON) Taya Valkyrie, Karrion Kross and Scarlett are all being considered as new signings for the promotion.

The WON suggests that Franky Money, or the former Taya Valkyrie as she's more well known, is high on the list but everything depends on Covid-19 and ticket sale restrictions.

Valkyrie is currently the record holder for longest reigning women's champion in both IMPACT Wrestling and in AAA, with the star winning the top women's title in the latter three times. However, her WWE run was less than inspiring consisting out a debut and a few matches before being unceremoniously released.

Other stars that they might be looking to pick up are Karrion Kross and Scarlett who have both appeared for the promotion before. But they'd have to wait a little bit longer to bring them back into the fold as they're likely to have a no-compete clause that extends to next year.

For Lucha House Party member Gran Metalik is also someone they might look to sign, allegedly.

AAA Is Also Looking To Bring In A Number Of Names From ROH

Ring Of Honor recently announced that it was going to release all of its contracted talent from their deals after their December pay-per-view Final Battle and then go on a hiatus. This means that a number of excellent wrestling talents will be up for grabs.

AEW has already snapped up one of the soon-to-be free agents by announcing the singing of Jay Lethal at their recent Full Gear show, but AAA are keen to get in on the action of picking up ROH talent as well.

Dragon Lee already has dates with them and Rey Horus, Rush and Flamita are also prospects.
