Since debuting in 2019, All Elite Wrestling has continued to build and bolster their roster with a mixture of young, up-and-coming wrestling talents and veterans from years past with representatives from TNA, ROH, New Japan, and WWE scattered across the promotion. In recent times, AEW has been making an effort to build to the future.

As the roster continues to evolve and shift around, it is worth noting that while there are the likes of CM Punk and Chirs Jericho featuring in the main event scene, there are a number of extremely young talents within the promotion, as well as wrestlers that have only been wrestling for a few short years.

10 Brock Anderson

Brock Anderson

A name in AEW that has yet to see any meaningful success is none other than the son of the legendary Arn Anderson, Brock Anderson, who was previously a part of the Nightmare Family alongside his tag-team partner, Lee Johnson, with the two now floating alone following Rhodes' exit from AEW.

Despite the lack of success for Brock, he does still occasionally appear on AEW Dynamite and Rampage, while mainly being featured on the AEW Dark shows. Brock made his debut in 2021 and has shown improvements since then, having wrestled only 27 matches in his career thus far.

9 Leyla Hirsch

Leyla Hirsch makes her AEW entrance

One of the most recent names to be featured in a push within the AEW Women's Division, Leyla Hirsch looked to be starting her 2022 off hot in a featured program with Kris Statlander even making it onto the AEW Revolution card. Unfortunately, Hirsch went down with an injury following the PPV and has yet to return to TV.

Having made her wrestling debut in late 2017 with a single match in CZW, Hirsch is still relatively new to the world of pro-wrestling, and has showed loads of promise during her time in AEW so far.

8 Anthony Ogogo

Anthony Ogogo on AEW Dark

Being positioned opposite Cody Rhodes in a PPV match during 2021 would have seemed like a godsend for most wrestlers, and while he did overdeliver in the match, the feud itself and the result of the match had the opposite effect that most would have hoped for. Anthony Ogogo, who had his first match in 2019, of The Factory was the man unfortunately put in this position, in a weird feud that positioned Ogogo as an anti-American heel with Cody praising America and its diversity, in a promo that came at a very weird time, which began a downfall for him in AEW with the fanbase.

For Ogogo, the man would suffer an injury after the match that would take him off of TV for the remainder of 2021, probably for the better, with him making his return to AEW Dark in 2022 without much of the anti-American gimmick that lasted before.

7 Skye Blue

Skye Blue

Another young star in the AEW Women's Division, Skye Blue found herself entering the AEW system in the latter half of 2021, with fans welcoming her with open arms. While she has yet to break out and become a featured player in the company, Skye has shown improvements during her singles bouts on Dark and Dark: Elevation.

At only 22 years old, Blue made her debut in late 2017, eventually finding success in NWA, GCW, Warrior Wrestling, and AEW during 2021 and 2022. The future looks good for Skye, who continues to get reps in on Dark ahead of becoming one of the future stars of AEW's women's division!

6 The Gunn Club

The Gunn Club

Danhausen's favorite tag-team, The Gunn Club (or the Ass Boys), Colten and Austin Gunn have found themselves rising in the AEW tag team division over the last year, earning a shot at the AEW World Tag Team Championship against Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus and now seemingly forming an alliance with The Acclaimed.

While the team is still quite green, both Austin, who debuted in 2017, and Colten, who debuted in 2020, have shown improvement, especially in their promos as the two have become genuinely good heel characters on AEW's weekly shows. The future could indeed be bright for the sons of Billy Gunn!

5 Anna Jay

Being handpicked by the legendary Brodie Lee is nothing to scoff at, and the young starlet that is Anna Jay experienced just that. Being drafted into the Dark Order during the no-crowd, Pandemic Era shows for AEW, Anna Jay was picked by Brodie Lee and quickly got over during her apperances on Being The Elite.

Since then, the 23-year-old who has only been wrestling since 2019, has quickly become a fan favorite in AEW's growing women's division, with her former pairing with Tay Conti as TayJay being a very well-liked team. Since Conti has gone heel, that duo has died, with Anna teaming alongside Kris Statlander and Ruby Soho nowadays.

4 Daniel Garcia

Making his debut in 2017, Daniel Garcia has only recently become the hot commodity that he is nowadays after a series of big matches in AEW in the latter half of 2021 against the likes of CM Punk and Jon Moxley. Having won PWG's Battle of Los Angeles tournament, and holding pinfalls over Eddie Kingston in AEW, the man is seemingly poised for big things in the

For fans of Garcia, the man formerly known as one of the hottest independent wrestlers is now a staple of the Jericho Appreciation Society, where he is now formally known as one of the world's best Sports Entertainers. Garcia has been able to standout with personality in his new faction and likely has increased his stock for the future within AEW thanks to aligning with Chris Jericho.

3 Julia Hart

Julia Hart AEW Entrance

Notably the youngest star in AEW, Julia Hart is currently 20 years old and has featured on Dynamite and Rampage both as a singles wrestler in the AEW Women's division, as well as featuring in the role of the valet for the Varsity Blondes. Despite making her debut in 2019, Hart has already gotten put into a big spotlight within AEW.

Most recently, Julia has seen herself featuring in a storyline featuring herself being recruited by Malakai Black's faction, The House of Black, where she failed to turn to the dark side before being intimidated by the terrifying leader of the group. It remains to be seen if young Julia will turn, but as of now, she feels like a bigger star than before.

2 Hook

Hook with his arms open

Starting as a meme after his initial apperances within AEW, the son of the Human Suplex Machine has made quite the name for himself in the company, looking like one of the future stars of the AEW while already being one of the most over wrestlers across the board. Hook has been sent, and despite only wrestling a total of 8 matches, fans have already seen that he has all the tools to break out even further.

Debuting in December of 2021, Hook has made a huge impact in AEW already and will likely continue to do so, either as a future TNT or AEW World Champion, or possibly even both!

1 Jade Cargill

Jade Cargill and the Baddies AEW

One of the biggest rising stars within AEW's system is the current TBS Champion, Jade Cargill, who is still riding high on her undefeated streak and has recently debuted a new all-female faction within the company, known as The Baddies, alongside Kiera Hogan and Red Velvet.

For those unaware at just how insane Jade Cargill's rise has been in AEW, her debut wrestling match was in a special tag-team match with Shaq against Cody Rhodes and Red Velvet in early 2021. Since then, Jade has seen rapid improvement with weekly TV apperances and has recently had two solid TBS Championship defenses against Tay Conti and Marina Shafir, with only about a year of in-ring experience!
