It was hard-hitting and filled with action from start to finish. While the story wasn't as strong as some other matches that The Young Bucks have had, this match was still an exciting one, filled with great spots and false finishes..

9 The Young Bucks Vs. Proud & Powerful (Full Gear, 2019)

Full Gear was opened up by a fantastic tag team match between two solid tag teams in the form of The Young Bucks and Proud & Powerful. While the match had moments where it ran a little bit long, this was an enjoyable encounter.

They worked well together, bringing together good chain wrestling and some excellent double teamwork. It wasn't the greatest Young Bucks match, but it was certainly something that was fun to watch from the first bell to the last.

8 The Young Bucks Vs. The Brotherhood (Fight For The Fallen, 2019)

The Young Bucks got the chance to main event an AEW PPV at Fight For The Fallen, competing against The Brotherhood in a tremendous match. This bout had some great storytelling added in, with the Rhodes brothers really bringing that to the encounter.

There were a lot of near falls placed into this match as well, which saw the crowd jump out of their seats on more than one occasion, creating a great atmosphere that allowed the match to be even more impressive.

7 The Young Bucks Vs. Jurassic Express (All Out, 2020)

This was the start of The Young Bucks starting to work as heels, which made for an interesting dynamic in the match. This was actually one of their shorter PPV matches, but it allowed things to be a fun sprint in terms of in-ring work.

The match also gave a great highlight to Jurassic Express, which is one of the top teams in the entire company, with The Young Bucks striking the right balance between selling and going on the offense.

6 Stadium Stampede Match (Double Or Nothing, 2020)

Cinematic matches became popular in 2020 with both WWE and AEW putting these on, and AEW's efforts brought the Stadium Stampede match. This was an insane encounter, and it was something unlike what had been seen before.

Everyone went all in for this encounter, and while it was utterly ridiculous at times, it was also very entertaining. The match was tons of fun to watch, which is what wrestling is all about, and while it wasn't a technical masterclass, it was a memorable encounter.

This one wasn't about the usual over-the-top fast-paced wrestling that The Bucks are known for, as MJF and Jericho slowed them down. However, it allowed them to tell a different type of story, which was just as enjoyable and proved the Bucks were adept at a variety of in-ring storytelling forms.

The first major AEW PPV saw The Young Bucks compete against The Lucha Brothers, which brought two of the best teams in the sport together. It was a great example of what AEW's tag team division would be like, with incredible fast-paced action throughout.

While selling wasn't the focal point within this match, the number of breath-taking moves that took place left audiences stunned, with the four men putting on a great contest and proving just why the finest tag team wrestling would take place in the promotion.

3 The Young Bucks Vs. The Lucha Brothers (All Out, 2019)

By the time this event came around, The Young Bucks and The Lucha Brothers knew each other well, and the chemistry was clear to see. With this being a ladder match, there was room for some insane spots to take place throughout.

These two teams are creative and that was clear to see within this match. They put together some crazy spots that were high-risk and led to the fans going crazy, with this being a modern-day classic in terms of ladder matches.

The Young Bucks and FTR was a dream match that people wanted to see for a long time, and it finally happened in 2020. Of course, this one didn't disappoint, with the two teams putting on a clinic.

Had it been in front of a packed audience, this might have ended up being their greatest match, but sadly that wasn't to be. But that didn't take away from the in-ring work overall, which created one of the best tag matches of all time.

This is one of the greatest tag team matches of all time, with this being a tremendous example of what can happen when great wrestling and storytelling are combined. The tension within the group in this one, between four people who were all close was great to see.

It made for a terrific encounter, and the bout that they put on was unforgettable. The crowd went insane for all of it, and the near falls and tension between them as friends was so well done, that it became one of the best tag team matches of all time. The Golden Lovers spot led to probably the biggest pop of the year as well.
