Chicago Cubs Fans Pee In Cups On Opening Night Due To Long Bathroom Lines

The headline is not a typo. Due to extremely long lineups in Wrigley Field on opening night, Cubs fans had to find other ways to relieve themselves. Lines for the restrooms had estimated wait times of about 30 minutes. The lines were stretched across four sections of the ballpark. Several fans tweeted from the game, showing the Twitterverse the long lines, and yes, even some plastic cups that were used as urinals.

With Wrigley Field undergoing renovations, the bathrooms were not up to par, causing the long lines and many antsy fans. The team was clearly not ready to host opening night.
