Cody Rhodes and Bryan Danielson's history as tag team partners dates back to 2012, and their first match as a team took part on the March 9, 2012, episode of SmackDown, where they paired with The Miz in a 6-man tag team match in a losing effort against Randy Orton, Sheamus, and The Big Show.

They also competed in traditional 2 Vs. 2 tag team matches in WWE as well, and their total numbers stand at 13 matches, four wins, and nine losses.

9 Best - Rowan

Bryan Danielson and Rowan teamed up for the first time when the former became part of the Wyatt Family faction for a short time in 2014. Following the end of that storyline, and after Danielson would make his return after his first retirement, he would team up with Rowan once again during his heel run in 2019.

They went on to win the SmackDown Tag Team Championships from The Usos and hold it for 68 days. They competed as a team in 30 matches, in which they won 17 and lost 13.

8 Worst - Randy Orton

Randy Orton and Bryan Danielson have a history of being bitter rivals for the most part of their careers, which led to the latter's historic WrestleMania 30 WWE World Heavyweight Championship win. However, they did compete as tag team partners on certain occasions over the years. Their first match as partners took place as a dark match on the November 25, 2011, episode of SmackDown.

Their most notable match as a tag team came at the 2013 Payback PPV, where they challenged Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins for the WWE Tag Team Championships. Overall, they have competed in 27 matches as partners and went on to win 20 and lose seven. But most of those matches didn't have any impact on the long-term storylines, which made their partnership quite pointless.

7 Best - Low Ki

Bryan Danielson and Low Ki became a tag team back in 2001 during their time in the East Coast Wrestling Association promotion and Ring of Honor. Their first match as partners took place at an ECWA event on April 7, 2001, where they defeated Charlie Haas and Russ Haas to win the ECWA Tag Team Championships, which they would go on to hold for 364 days.

Their final match as a team took place at the ROH Weekend Of Thunder - Tag 2 in November 2004, where they lost to Jushin Thunder Liger and Samoa Joe, which remains to this day as their only loss as a team.

They once teamed up on the March 23, 2012, episode of SmackDown, where they lost to CM Punk and Sheamus. Their overall numbers as a team stand at 14 matches, six wins, seven losses, and one no-contest.

Bryan Danielson worked under the name American Dragon throughout his time competing in New Japan Pro Wrestling. He started a tag team with Christopher Daniels, who went by the name Curry Man and went on to win the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championships.

They held the titles for 85 days before losing them to Gedo & Jado at NJPW Best Of The Super Junior 10 in June 2004. They worked a total of 12 matches as a tag team, and their numbers stand at nine wins and three losses.

4 Worst - Rocky Romero

Overall, they have competed in six matches as partners, with three wins and three losses. Their final match as a team took place at an All-Pro Wrestling event in April 2002, where they lost to the team of Bobby Quance and James Choi.
