Even though the WWE wheel never stops turning, WrestleMania sort of marks the end of the company's season. Feuds are supposed to be blown off, although the two matches made official for WrestleMania Backlash so far would suggest otherwise. This time of year is also used to give some stars a little bit of time off, which might explain why the last time we saw Brock Lesnar was when Roman Reigns pinned him on WrestleMania Sunday.

When Will Brock Be Back?

Lesar's loss and his rivalry with Reigns being sewn up along with it, maybe for good, might have led to some fans being surprised that The Beast was being advertised for post-WrestleMania shows. Lesnar has been front and center on WWE's WrestleMania Backlash advertising up until very recently, strongly hinting that he would be on the card. However, with less than a month to go, Lesnar has now been removed from those ads, reports WrestlingNews.co.

Even more interesting is that even though Lesnar has been removed from WWE's WrestleMania Backlash ads, he remains on the promo material for Money in the Bank. What has arguably become one of WWE's biggest shows of the year is currently slated to go down on July 2. There's also Hell In A Cell between Backlash and Money In The Bank, but since that is neither close nor as big a show, there's little in the way of advertising for that show thus far.

Lesnar's Last Match

As for when we might actually see Lesnar again, that is currently anyone's guess. There's a very real chance that the match at WrestleMania against Reigns was his last. The Beast Incarnate isn't exactly the sentimental type, so probably wouldn't announce his retirement ahead of time. He's probably not all that fussed about a retirement match either and has even said very recently that he doesn't give a damn about the Hall of Fame.

On the other hand, Lesnar appears to have been having the time of his life on this most recent run, something he has readily admitted. He has also said while he previously knew exactly when he planned on retiring, the pandemic changed those plans. While it would be a great idea for him to walk away on a high with more fans loving him than ever before, it would also be a shame to leave right now if there is more fuel left in what appears to be a still very full tank.
