Charlotte Flair has admitted she would like to be friends with Becky Lynch again following Becky’s revelation as it pertains to the status of their relationship.

The Man only recently told Ariel Helwani she and Charlotte aren’t on speaking terms at the moment and pass each other in the hallway without so much as a greeting.

This wasn’t exactly surprising as the female superstars got into a confrontation during SmackDown last year, prior to which they threw their championship belts at each other as part of a title exchange.

Both women have opened up about the incident. Flair claimed she felt like the only adult in the feud, although her actions clearly led up to the belts being thrown. But, speaking to Helwani herself, said she is hoping they can mend fences and is happy Becky is now a mother.

“I genuinely have nothing but respect for what Becky has accomplished. She really does make me better,” The Queen remarked. “The competitiveness is awesome. When I faced her at Survivor Series, I’m like, ‘I’m the better woman. Doesn’t matter that I lost, I still walk out as Charlotte Flair.

“Yeah [about becoming friends with Lynch again]. Absolutely. Seeing her as a mother, I’m so happy.”

On Her Own Family Plans

Flair also revealed that she and her fiancé, Andrade El Idolo, are planning to tie the knot in Mexico next year and got pretty emotional while discussing his release from WWE. Andrade is part of the AEW roster now.

“A little difficult at first, I was like my two best friends were gone (Ric Flair and Andrade). But now I'm just used to... oh, you're going to make me upset,” she said, wiping a tear.

“Hold on... It sucked because they're my people. They would do anything for me. Go to bat. But Manny (Andrade) had to make career decisions and seeing him do so well is important. My dad comes and goes, comes and goes. That wasn't as hard."
