Jeff Hardy's deep-rooted fearlessness has always set him apart from other competitors in the professional wrestling industry. His high flying abilities were routinely on display throughout his career, and he has pulled off many stunts that most would never dream of attempting.

Wrestling is considered a young man's game, and most seem to lose a step throughout their career. Nevertheless, that notion does not apply to Jeff Hardy, who is capable of the same awe-inspiring stunts that he pulled off twenty years ago and is still one of the exciting stars wrestling today.

10 An Impressive Display Of Athleticism

Rob Van Dam is one of few high-fliers in the wrestling industry who could rival The Charismatic Engima in in-ring ability. As such, they produced some incredible matches throughout their rivalry shortly after the dreadful Invasion angle in 2001. Their unique skillsets often saw them facing off in ladder matches, and they produced some of the most entertaining ones in WWE history.

One of their best matches occurred at the 2001 SummerSlam pay-per-view when they appropriately faced off for Hardcore Championship. One of Hardy's most creative uses of the ladder in his career happened when he performed a springboard moonsault onto RVD on top of a ladder midway through the contest.

9 Hardy's Painful Botch

The Hardy Boyz found themselves in the tag team title scene immediately after reuniting when Jeff returned to the company in 2006. One of their first feuds was with MNM, an upstart tag team duo on ECW that consisted of John Morrison and Joey Mercury.

One of their most memorable matches occurred at the 2006 Armageddon pay-per-view when they were involved in a Fatal 4-Way for the tag team titles. The high-flying duo attempted to pull off a wild ladder slingshot into their rivals, but Mercury failed to pull away fast enough and caught the full brunt of the impact. The injury completely stunted the promising duo's momentum, and Mercury never reached his potential as a result.

8 A Steel Cage Splash

Jeff Hardy and Umaga had very different in-ring styles, but they always brought out the best in each other, and their 2008 feud was a highly entertaining one. They faced off in a series of entertaining matches throughout the year, with one of the best being a Steel Cage match that occurred on the January 7, 2008, episode of Raw.

Randy Orton, who was Hardy's opponent at the upcoming Royal Rumble pay-per-view, was at ringside for the high flying contest, which added to the excitement of the bout. Hardy was near victory before hitting Umaga with a death-defying Whisper in the Wind from the top of the cage to put an exclamation point on the match.

7 His Bold Move Against Bubba

The third installment of the Tables Ladders & Chairs gimmick, which occurred on the May 24, 2001 episode of SmackDown!, may not have been as frenetic as the first two matches, but it still featured some insane high-flying attacks courtesy of The Charismatic Enigma. One of the contest's most memorable moments occurred when Hardy put Bubba Ray Dudley through an announce table after jumping onto him from atop a ladder.

It may not have been the most death-defying stunt of Hardy's career, but it certainly was one of his most creative. Neither TLC match veteran came out victorious, as the newcomers Chris Jericho and Chris Benoit won the contest, but they still produced a few entertaining spots in the bout.

6 Hardy's 'Mania Return

The Hardy Boyz shocked the world when they made their return on the grandest stage at WrestleMania 33. The brothers not only brought their usual dose of excitement to the Fatal-4-Way tag team ladder match, but they also won the Raw Tag Team Championship in their first night back with the company.

Hardy proved that he was still the same fearless daredevil he always has been when he performed a Swanton Bomb onto Sheamus and Cesaro from the top of a ladder, putting the latter through a ladder (say that five times fast) in the process. The booking of their most recent run with the company may have left an awful lot to be desired, but it certainly started with a boom.

5 The Deleted Scene

Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy after Jeff put matt through table

While The Hardy Boyz usually line up in the same corner as one another, they have also gone head to head a few times throughout their careers. They have fantastic in-ring chemistry and have faced off in some incredible contests over the years. One of their best bouts occurred on April 19, 2016, when they faced off in an I Quit match on an episode of Impact Wrestling.

The match ended in a no-contest, as neither man could complete the bout after Jeff put Matt through a table with a Swanton Bomb from the top of a stairway. Matt had to get stretchered backstage following the impact of the violent stunt, and he was not seen until a month later when he returned as a broken man.

4 His Glorious Jump

Jeff Hardy leap onto Abyss Bound For Glory 2005

Jeff Hardy was one of the most popular wrestlers in TNA throughout his first stint with the company from 2004 to 2006. However, his popularity did not translate to in-ring success, as he failed to win a championship during the two-year run. Nevertheless, the daredevil still produced some incredible moments during this time, as he still had a knack for jaw-dropping stunts that others were not brave enough to pull off.

A highlight of his first stint with the company occurred at the 2005 Bound for Glory pay-per-view, when he took on Abyss, Sabu, and Rhyno in a Monster's Ball match. Hardy pulled off one of the most insane Swanton Bombs of his career in the contest when he dove onto Abyss from the top of the set.

3 A Monster Swanton Bomb

Jeff Hardy leap onto Randy Orton

Jeff Hardy and Randy Orton wrestled in a series of entertaining matches throughout their underrated rivalry in 2008. One of their most memorable confrontations occurred on the January 14, 2008, episode of Raw. While their match ended after Orton got disqualified when he hit Hardy with a low blow as soon as the bout began, they continued to brawl after the contest.

Orton was the aggressor of the post-match beatdown, but Hardy got the last laugh as he hit The Viper with a massive Swanton Bomb from the top of a scaffolding beside the entrance ramp. Both men got stretchered out after the crazy stunt, but they created a moment that would live forever.

2 The SummerSlam Splash

Jeff Hardy leap from ladder onto CM Punk at 2009 SummerSlam

CM Punk was one of Jeff Hardy's most heated rivals throughout his WWE career. The two former friends had incredible in-ring chemistry, and they seemed to steal the show every time they went head to head in a high-stakes match.

Jeff Hardy pulled off one of his most insane Swanton Bombs against the Straight-Edge Superstar when he put Punk through an announce table after leaping off a MASSIVE ladder at ringside. Hardy may not have come out victorious in the match (or the rivalry), but he still created a moment that will stand the test of time on one of WWE's biggest stages.

1 Hardy's WrestleMania Moment

Jeff Hardy leap onto Edge from top of ladder through ladder

It would be safe to say that Hardy knew how to save his most incredible moments for when it mattered most. Another example of this occurred at WrestleMania 23 when he took part in the Money in the Bank ladder match.

Jeff was within reach of victory midway through the match before his brother Matt, who was also involved in the contest, urged him to hit Edge with a diving attack from the top of a ladder. Unsurprisingly, Jeff was happy to oblige and put Edge through a ladder of his own with a devastating leg drop. Neither wrestler could compete after the awe-inspiring move, but Hardy again cemented his status as one of the top daredevils in company history.
