Impact Wrestling has always taken its women's division very seriously. Long before there was a women's revolution in WWE, Impact was pushing the knockouts as a major part of their product. Many great names have come through the company doors, and right now they boast one of the best rosters in the world.
There are a lot of gifted wrestlers who can all put together excellent matches, which is what makes the division so special. With a real range of styles within that group, there are always different encounters taking place. There are no poor stars in the company, but some do stand out above others.
10 Maria Kanellis-Bennett
Maria Kanellis-Bennett is a newer addition to Impact Wrestling, coming in alongside several former Ring Of Honor stars. It is unclear if she is planning on stepping into the ring to compete, but she is part of the Knockouts division. Maria's main strength has always come from her promos.
Inside the ring, she is a decent worker who can carry a good match, but in comparison to the rest of the division, she is a little weaker. But the fact that Maria can be called upon to work could be useful. Especially since she can play the cowardly heel role exceptionally.
9 Havok
Havok is a true powerhouse style of wrestler that will brawl and fight with anybody. She is a good talent who has developed a lot since being with the company. Her hard-hitting moves help to make Havok fun to watch, and that style is different from a lot of what others have to offer.
She can move with pace inside the ring, and that helps to make her matches a great joy as well. Her encounters can sometimes be a little slower in pace compared to the roster, but the aggressiveness counteracts that.
8 Jessie McKay
Jessie McKay made huge strides inside the ring during her WWE career, and the improvements have not stopped since joining Impact. She is best known for her tag team work, and that's something she does brilliantly. Her ability to hit double teams, cut off the ring, and frustrate opponents works well.
But her main strength comes from the comedy that she can add. Jessie can add real hilarity to everything she does, with the mid-match trash-talking and reactions to situations making her matches a lot of fun to watch.
7 Tenille Dashwood
Tenille Dashwood is one of the most experienced members of the Impact Wrestling roster. She puts together fantastic technical work, all of which helps to bring together exciting matches. Tenille knows how to play the crowd, and she is incredibly adaptable when it comes to the style of her opponents.
Dashwood can work strikes and submissions into her game, and all of her abilities put together creates a fantastic overall character and wrestler. She was a great signing by Impact, and getting the chance to work longer matches only benefits her.
6 Lady Frost
Lady Frost is quickly becoming one of the most exciting female wrestlers in the company, and she is someone with a very bright future. She is a great seller, but it is on the attack where she stands out as a great worker. Her ability to put together strikes and unique moves helps to make her matches fun.
Lady Frost will throw herself into the firing line whenever needed, hitting high-risk moves to push her matches. She does things a lot of the other roster members do not, and that in itself is something that helps her thrive.
5 Cassie Lee
Cassie Lee is the slightly stronger in-ring talent when it comes to The IInspiration, having a little more fluidity and variety with what she does inside the squared circle. Much like her tag team partner, Cassie is great at adding trash-talking to her work, and together they put on fantastic matches.
Her work rate is brilliant, and she is always able to hold her own inside the ring. The striking that she has with her sharp kicks always work well, while she is also a tremendous seller for the offense of her opponents.
4 Jordynne Grace
When it comes to pure power and strength, few can match what Jordynne Grace brings to the table. Her style is heavily based around that, and she works it well. That is her big positive and is what makes Jordynne unique, so the fact she taps into it with the matches makes sense.
Grace will bring pace into the ring, and that combination is what makes her such an elite athlete within the company. She is only growing and becoming a more complete package as time goes on, and it is clear that she is someone to watch for the future.
3 Mickie James
Mickie James has a lot of experience and history in the business, but she has not slowed down in the ring. She is still working at a high level, and is one of the best talents in the company. Everyone knows what Mickie is capable of, with lots of striking and great technical work.
She is a fantastic storyteller, which has always been her main strength. James doesn't rush from spot to spot as some younger wrestlers do, and that is something that works well for her, allowing the encounters to be a joy to watch.
2 Chelsea Green
Chelsea Green has been one of the best female wrestlers in the industry for some time, and within Impact Wrestling she gets the chance to highlight that. From bringing a real level of physicality to the more technical approach, Green has a range of skills that create fun matches.
She holds nothing back, and Green is tremendous at injecting personality into everything she does. That is something that few others can do, plus, her energy and ability to quickly blend from move to move helps her encounters thrive.
1 Deonna Purrazzo
Deonna Purrazzo has enjoyed a lot of success within her time at Impact, and that is no surprise considering how talented she is. WWE completely wasted Deonna during her with NXT, so some fans might have a specific mindset about her. But inside the ring, Deonna has put together a lot of brilliant matches in Impact, with her technical ability being clear.
She is happy to brawl around with anybody, fitting in plenty of power moves within her matches. However, she also has great psychology, working specific body parts to set up submission moves, which is a big part of her style overall, adding more variety to her encounters.
