The Dark Order, despite a rough beginning to the group’s time in AEW, have slowly become one of the most popular acts in the entire company. Through tragedy, the group developed from a cult to a stronghold of friends, sticking by one another, and always attempting to act in the best interests of other members of the group.RELATED: Every AEW Manager, Ranked Worst To BestAny ranking of wrestlers will always be subjective, as all members of the Dark Order bring something different to the table, possessing varying ranges of charisma, in-ring talent, and popularity. The fact that there will be multiple different takes on how good each member is, is testament to their quality as a faction.Note: This will not include past members such as the creepers, ‘8’, and ‘9’, neither will it include associates such as ‘Hangman’ Adam Page and Tay Conti. Though Brodie Lee Jr. (Negative One) is the de facto leader of the group, he will also not be included, due to it being difficult to compare him to every other member, given his age and not being a wrestler (yet).

9 Alan ‘V’ Angels

Alan Angels V Dark Order AEW

There’s no denying the in-ring talent of Alan Angels, as he has shown himself to be a fast-paced wrestler full of heart and determination. He has impressed in two high-profile outings against Kenny Omega, though out of all the members in the Dark Order, he has had the least on-screen focus, that isn’t a knock on his talents.

In a recent, short-term split within the group, Angels was afforded some mic time, showing his passion and righteous attitude. Upon losing his mask, this may be the time fans see a more serious and focused Angels moving forwards.

8 Alex Reynolds

Alex Reynolds Dark Order AEW

Alex Reynolds hasn’t been afforded too much spotlight; however, he has gained some popularity alongside John Silver, in his humorous antics on the Being The Elite YouTube series. He plays off Silver well, although he falls under the radar due to Silver being the more popular of the two.

Reynolds is a solid in-ring worker and will likely continue gaining fans upon having more opportunities on TV. Within the group, he often acts as a mediator, or offers sound words of advice, establishing himself as a pivotal team member.

7 Colt Cabana

Colt Cabana

It may be odd seeing Cabana way down in comparison to other individuals within the group. In the professional wrestling world, Cabana is by far one of the more popular and well-known Dark Order members, though in the context of the group itself, others have outshined him. This is likely by design, with Cabana affording younger stars the chance to possess the limelight.

Despite that, Cabana still provides great in-ring work, plays off the others well, and brings a lot of experience to the group, which makes him an invaluable part of the collective.

6 Preston ‘10’ Vance

Preston 10 Vance with Negative 1

Preston Vance is still learning the ropes. Whilst he had some experience outside of AEW, he has improved leaps and bounds during his time in the company. He has an impressive size and look, both with and without a mask. Whilst he may not be as solid in-ring as his counterparts, he has an impactful style and presence.

AEW clearly sees big things in Vance, as he is often featured in high profile matches as a singles competitor, impressing on every occasion. He feels like a big deal within the group, despite his relative inexperience.

5 Stu Grayson

Stu Grayson

In terms of in-ring talent, Stu Grayson would be in talks for the top spot in the entirety of AEW, as he is one of the more underrated members of the group between the ropes. He makes the technical and high-flying part of his arsenal look so easy, and elevates every match he is in.

When it comes to the wider part of his overall package, he has shown hints of comedic timing and mic work on BTE, though on TV he often fades into the background, whilst other members bring a lot more in terms of charisma and star power.

4 Evil Uno

Evil Uno

Acting as the mouthpiece for the Dark Order, Evil Uno has showcased his comfortable skills on the mic, establishing himself as perhaps the best in the entire group when delivering a promo.

Matched with his solid in-ring work, especially when teaming with long-term partner, Stu Grayson, along with his ever-rising popularity amongst fans, Uno is one of the more complete packages within the group. He has also shown his capabilites of working strongly as both heel and a face - something which isn't easy.

3 John Silver

John Silver AEW

Starting out as glorified enhancement talent on AEW, John Silver found a place in the Dark Order. For a time, he was still just a punching bag, but due to his character work on BTE, showcasing an infectious personality, and bounds of charisma, he gained a wave of support, making him one of, if not the most popular member of the Dark Order.

His in-ring talents have received their plaudits too, with his impressive pound-for-pound strength, rapid speed, and hard-hitting offense making him an eye-catching wrestler to watch. He receives some the bigger reactions within the faction.

2 Anna Jay

Anna Jay

Out of all the members of the Dark Order, the one with perhaps the most potential, and ability to become a future champion, is Anna Jay. At just 23 years old, Jay presents herself well beyond her years, with her in-ring talents constantly improving. On the mic, whilst not perfect, she still possesses a convincing and authentic tone, and often acts as a peacekeeper and authoritative voice in the group.

Jay is a star in the waiting, yet already holds herself with a star presence, with huge heaps of promise going forwards. Whilst it may be due to being the only female member in the group, she stands out much more prominently than everyone else, and it would be of no surprise to see her become AEW Women’s Champion within the next couple of years.

1 Mr. Brodie Lee

Brodie Lee Dark Order, AEW Dynamite Memorial

There is simply no other member of the Dark Order that could be considered number one, apart from its leader. ‘The Exalted One’ Mr. Brodie Lee, found his calling in the Dark Order, showcasing all the skills he was unable to show the world during his time in WWE. His tragic passing cut his time short, but he made a huge impact on AEW in his time there, and left an imprint on the entire wrestling world.

Despite not being a physical part of the group, his presence can be felt right through the very heart of the Dark Order, being the force that brings them together in times of adversity, and he will forever act as the most important member of the faction.
