15 Female Sportscasters Who Are Hotter Than Erin Andrews

Erin Andrews may be the most famous, but here are 15 female sportscasters that we deem to be hotter than Erin Andrews.

The world of sports is full of hotties, that’s for damn sure. Most earn a decent living, live somewhat of a glamorous lifestyle, and of course they’re athletes so take care of themselves – health and fitness is a big part of their lives. A lot of female sports stars not only have the physique, but are also pretty hot; like it or not, that’s part of the reason people tune in to watch them in action. But the athletes themselves aren’t the only people who sizzle in the world of sports. The sportswomen are getting a run for their money, because whilst they’re sweating it out, doing what they’re doing, there’re some equally hot – if not even hotter – women sitting looking beautiful and glamorous in an air-conditioned studio, talking about them, analyzing them.

These media companies that cover sports knows what sells, know what’ll get people watching, watching not only the sporting activity itself, but the build-up to the event, the pre and post-match shows. Increasingly, sultry gorgeous women have been replacing men in suits and ties, in the role of a sportscaster, much to our and everyone else’s delight. There are tons of them out there, working in different countries, covering different sports, and each of them are super-hot. For years, Erin Andrews was regarded to be the hottest sportscaster on the planet, and still is in many people’s eyes. But take a look at the gorgeous women on this list, and you’ll soon agree that they’re right up there, that they’re perhaps even more spectacularly stunning than Erin. Here they are, 15 female sportscasters that we deem to be hotter than Erin Andrews. Cast your eyes on these beauties and let us know if you’re in agreement.

15 Heidi Watney

via hawtcelebs.com

This blonde bombshell is a baseball babe, but it’s fair to say that most people don’t tune in to the MLB Network to hear her talk about what’s happening in the baseball world.

Heidi could have become an athlete herself, so it’s only natural that she got involved in sports in some capacity, and turned to sportscasting. She obviously – because of her résumé but also her looks – didn’t have much trouble getting snapped up by networks and media companies, and since she first started out as an on-field reporter for the Boston Red Sox, she’s had plenty more gigs as a reporter and sportscaster.

Heidi used to take part in beauty pageants, but is today known for the beauty she brings to our screens. Even those who aren’t necessarily into baseball tune in to her weekly shows, when she’s sportscasting or is on hosting duties, just to get a bit of Heidi.

14 Leeann Tweeden

via dailysports.com

Leeann Tweeden gained a ton of exposure as a model, and that’s ultimately what got her noticed, and involved in the media side of sports.

She was once a hostess at Hooters – rated one of the top Hooter girls of all time – did the whole Playboy thing and posed for lads’ mag, was a cover girl for FHM too, and that’s when Fox picked her up and got her on board, after she gained national exposure due to her modeling exploits. She was a correspondent, made a number of other media appearance with Fox and NBC, and is currently back with Fox, on Fox Sports 1's UFC Tonight. The brunette bombshell has certainly made great strides from those Hooter girl days – look at her and it doesn’t take a genius to work out why.

13 Meghan Kluth

via twitter.com

Meghan Kluth is relatively new in sports broadcasting but we're going to venture to say that you're probably going to hear a lot more about her int he near future. She currently works at the local ABC affiliate in New Orleans and seeing that ABC is the big sister channel of ESPN, we can only hope that Kluth will be moved up to national television. For now, Kluth mostly covers the Saints and Pelicans. If you follow Kluth on social media, you'll quickly see that she isn't afraid to show off her assets, as she's constantly around the beach or pool, showing you what she's got. She doesn't have quite the audience that Erin Andrews does right now, but we're sure she'll move up the ladder quickly.

12 Laura Rutledge

I miss Florida sunsets ?

A post shared by Laura Rutledge (@lauramrutledge) on

Laura Rutledge (nee McKeeman) looks like a sportswoman herself, but fans who watch her reporting for CNN and ESPN aren’t complaining seeing her in a reporting capacity. She’s probably the youngest of this hot crop of sportscasters, at 28 years old, and has already made great strides in the industry, one she got involved in in 2012 when she was in her early 20s.

She’s beauty – won the title of Miss Florida in 2012 – and brains, having gone to university and studied broadcast journalism, so a career as a reporter and sportscaster was absolutely perfect for Laura. She didn’t have any trouble getting picked up and beginning her career either, as she possesses all the right assets, all the right skills for the job, which she’s taken to like a duck to water.

11 Charissa Thompson

via campussports.net

Charissa Thompson hosts shows and is a sportscaster with Fox Sports 1 and NBC, and she’s certainly one of the hottest out there.

Charissa pursued her dream of getting into the industry from an early age, did everything possible to make it happen, and it all worked out for her in the end. She did all the right things, got the relevant experience, and of course it helped that she’s smoking hot too. She’s yet another blonde bombshell – Erin Andrews has plenty to compete with! – who’s made it big as a sportscaster. She’s pretty much done it all when it comes to sportscasting, and fans have taken to her immediately, not only because of her reporting skills, but because she’s got it and isn’t shy about flaunting it. She’s taken part in what seems like a ton of sultry shoots over the years, and her Instagram’s constantly getting updated with them too.

10 Marisol Gonzalez

via pinterest.com

Anybody who hadn't heard of Marisol Gonzalez before Super Bowl XLVI sure knew about her once media day came along, as Gonzalez showed up with a skin tight red dress and turned a lot of heads. She was in Indianapolis covering the event for Televisa Deportes. Spanish speaking sports fans remember Gonzalez because she took part in Miss Universe 2003 and all these years later, Gonzalez still looks amazing at 34. If you look back at that pageant, you can hardly tell a difference between her then and now. She's also had a child but she still looks stunning and she's worked very hard to progress the way she has in her career. If she can look great while doing it, all the more power to her.

9 Jenn Sterger

Look how much fun we're having. ? #lasvegas #vegas #ceasars #goth #darklipstick #allblackeverything #fiji #edm #killme

A post shared by Jenn Sterger (@jennifersterger) on

Jenn Sterger’s another babe on this list who got discovered as a model, and then made the transition to broadcasting. She was discovered in 2005, basically for wearing skimpy clothing and for being super-hot. Her and her friends attended a football game wearing very little, and the announcer picked up on that, and since the game was televised, Jenn got noticed. This led to her getting plenty of modeling gigs; Playboy, Maxim – she’s posed for all the popular lads’ mags, but wanted to do something she felt would be more substantial with her life. She turned her attention to sports journalism, did a pretty good job writing articles for Sports Illustrated, but her destiny one feels was always going to be in front of the camera.

8 Samantha Ponder

via pinterest.com

Forget one of the hottest women in sports, Samantha Ponder’s one of the hottest babes on TV, period. The 31-year-old is actually slowly taking over from Erin Andrews; many would think Sam already has her beat in the looks department, but she actually made a name for herself because she replaced Erin, as the host and reporter of College Gameday Saturdays on the ESPN Network. Who do you guys prefer? It’s tough to choose, but one thing’s for sure, ESPN certainly having been getting any complaints about Erin’s replacement!

Sam’s also reported and has hosted shows on various other events and shows in the sporting world since breaking into the industry; if Sam lends her face to an event, you can bet your bottom dollar people will tune in, if anything just to get a bit of Sam.

7 Inés Sainz

via pinterest.com

Wow! Inés Sainz is just hotness personified. She really is a Mexican firecracker, working in her country of origin, but because of her looks and her stunning physique, it’s fair to say that not just Mexicans are admirers of Inés and her work.

She’s appeared in a ton of popular magazines as a model, but then made the transition to sports reporting. It was here she met her now-husband, a guy who just so happened to own the production company that’s responsible for all the best sports shows, shows which now have Inés at the helm. She could have gotten to that stage without help from her hubby, but she wasn’t too proud to say no, and we’re all glad she didn’t as it means we get to see more and more of Inés, which is only a good thing!

6 Diana Dougherty

via vincentstarr.com

Diana Dougherty, better known as Di Stewart, has become a regular pretty face on British TV. But she actually started off her career on the radio, but hers is a face that’s clearly meant to be onscreen in front of the camera. She began to realize this, others recognized it too, and she began getting gigs on the Sky Sports News channel, and hosting her own shows on Sky. Since those early days, Di’s appeared as a host on many different shows, has presented a ton of stuff in the sporting world, and has tried her hand at sportscasting too.

She’s now a big deal in the world of sports, particularly in golf, something that’s her passion and something that she’s continued to pursue. She’s approaching her 40s, but is still one of the hottest women around, is beautiful, sophisticated, and has the complete package.

5 Jenn Brown

via pinterest.com

Jenn Brown’s life has basically been about sports. It’s all she’s known, being the daughter of Olympic gymnasts. Her parents founded a number of gymnastic schools, and so unsurprisingly, Jenn grew up with a passion for sports. At school, she was regarded as being one of the best athletes in Central Florida, but rather strangely, instead wanted become a sports agent. But her face got picked up and she began hosting TV shows, first on the travel channel, then she got the opportunity to report and host shows on topics she was passionate about, about sports. She’s covered many massive events in sport, and has made a name for herself – probably because she’s so passionate about it – as one of the best reporters around. She’s one of the best and certainly one of the hottest too, as you can see from this pic.

4 Kirsty Gallacher

via mirror.co.uk

Wow, just wow! Anybody who could pull off a James Bond scene in swimwear deserves a spot here. The American sports audience may not be as familiar with Kirsty Gallacher but UK viewers sure are grateful. Gallacher has covered the Masters the last couple of years. Unfortunately, Gallacher was replaced as the main reporter for the tournament this year because Sky Sports didn't want to meet her high salary demands. If Gallacher ever wants to venture to the United States, we're sure she'd be hired in a heartbeat, as the 41-year-old can also bring her charming British accent to any event she covers. The sexy accent scores her even more points; that and being as stunning as she still is over 40.

3 Lisa Ann

via pinterest.com

Don't pretend you don't recognize the name. Yes we're talking about the same Lisa Ann that you may have heard about from 'the other industry'. She reached a ton of fame in that aspect of her life, but she wanted to leave the industry before the industry was done with her, so despite being one of its biggest names, she retired late in 2014. She was offered a role on a fantasy sports talk show. You may not have expected her to be so versed in fantasy sports, but Ann has used her background as a strength. Back in her days as an 'actress' she claims she hooked up with many athletes.

"I’ll say on my show things like, ‘I have information that would lead me to believe (a certain player) is not playing tonight," she says. "Or in football everyone will know if a player is going to play, but a guy on a team could call me and say his teammate is not feeling well and is just going to be a decoy that game."

She hosts two weekly fantasy sports shows on SiriusXM, and she's had a lot of success in a short time.

2 Lisa Dergan Podsednik

via paper-archive-model.blogspot.co.uk

Again, like most women on this list, Lisa began her career in the limelight as a model, and then off the back of her modeling exploits, she began getting gigs on various sports shows. Okay, yes, Lisa is still primarily a model, that’s how she earns her corn, but she’s regarded to be a pretty decent sportscaster too. But let’s be honest, when she’s interviewing the likes of Tiger Woods, and John Elway, no one’s really paying attention to what’s being said. She may be the sportscaster, may be the reporter, but she’s the one with the mostess, and steals the limelight from those she’s interviewing.

Lisa’s been described as being a cross between Pamela Anderson and Margot Robbie – in terms of her looks – which, and I think many guys would agree, is like the ultimate combination, so it’s little wonder Lisa’s enjoyed such a stellar career to date.

1 Sara Carbonero

via pinterest.com

FHM themselves have deemed Sara Carbonero to be the hottest sportscaster on the planet; take one look at her and it’d be hard to disagree. The Spanish beauty began her career right out of university, where she’d been studying journalism. She got an internship at a radio, and from there her TV career just took off.

Sara’s known, not only for her prowess with a mic in hand, of course for her beauty, by also for being married to former Spanish number one international football (soccer) goalkeeper, Iker Casillas. The goings on between the two have actually stirred up quite a storm, although to you and I it’s probably all rather comical. It was thought that whilst reporting on Spain’s game against Switzerland on the sidelines at the 2010 World Cup, Sara, standing pretty close to the goal, distracted Iker, which caused him to flop and led to a Swiss victory. She was seeing him at the time, and after the match, she had the honor of interviewing him, and this led to Sara becoming one of the most photographed people of the World Cup. She’s now looking for a job in journalism in Portugal, after her husband changed clubs and moved to the country, and after taking some time off to give birth and look after her family. No doubt when she’s ready to get back onto the horse there’ll be no shortage of organizations wanting to get her on board.
