Super Bowl XLIX was memorable for an abundance of reasons: the Seahawks jumping out to a 10-point lead heading into the fourth quarter, the Patriots inspired fourth quarter comeback, and the Malcolm Butler interception on the New England goal-line, sparking the victory celebration on the Patriots sideline while the stunned Seahawks bench looked on in disbelief.

Above all the incredible moments that took place on the field, though, was what happened during the halftime show. Katy Perry enlisted the help of two sharks while singing some of her hit songs - effectively breaking the Internet in the process.

The two sharks (especially "The Left Shark") got their fifteen minutes of fame, but with the buzz surrounding them fading away it was time to get back to reality - a surprising reality, at that.
