When the word addiction is brought to the table, the average mind will normally picture alcohol and substance abuse, the usual demons some athletes have had to battle. Then there are the other ones, like sex. From the athletes who openly admit to being burdened with the addiction of sex, to the ones who are purely womanizers, this is a totally serious thing that many great athletes have dealt with throughout their carrier. You have the usual suspects who like to keep their head in the game (in more ways than one), and in turn have gained their notorious playboy reputations. Then you have the wallflowers where most cases are kept quiet, until that one instance when the other half of the good time will speak out, bringing down a wrath of media attention and most likely destroy marriages.
If you're in the first category, it might not be such a bad thing right? Groupies scouting you out to the point you don’t even have to look anymore! However, if you fall in the latter category, you better hope you got a good lawyer on speed dial because this addiction could get messy! Some have made this list because of their infamous scandals with multiple partners, while the others are suspects due to their scandalous reputations for turning up without knowing how to turn down.
