There are all sorts of championships to be won in the world of wrestling. From the top titles in a company to tag team gold to comedy style crowns, the list is almost endless. That means that there are a bunch of wrestlers out there who have ridiculously long lists of accomplishments, but might not get the recognition they deserve.

There are the obvious ones we here about all the time. We all know that Edge won over 30 championships in his career. Everyone knows that John Cena and Ric Flair rank among the most decorated athletes in wrestling history. But what about those surprising totals? That's where this list comes in, highlighting 10 wrestlers who have won way more championships than you'd think.

10 Goldust

There have been many faces of Dustin Rhodes since he first began wrestling a few decades ago. He has been Dustin, Goldust, Black Reign, and more. Most of those gimmicks have helped lead him to the promised land. As Dustin in WCW, he won the United States, Tag Team, and Six-Man Tag Team Titles.

But his greatest accomplishments have come as Goldust. In the 90s, he tallied three reigns as Intercontinental Champion. In the early 2000s, he won 9 Hardcore Titles. But the most meaningful had to be his three runs as Tag Team Champions, alongside his good friend Booker T and his brother Cody. Goldust has won a total of 21 titles.

9 Christian

Christian is one of those guys who found success at every level. Early in his career, he surprised many by winning the Light Heavyweight Title. Then, he and Edge formed a legendary tag team that won 7 Tag Team Titles. He went on to add more reigns alongside Chris Jericho and Lance Storm.

The rest of his WWE career saw him win the Intercontinental Title four times, the World Heavyweight Title twice, and the ECW Title on two occasions, as well as Hardcore and European Title tines. You can't forget about his run with TNA, where he was the top guy and took home two runs with the NWA Heavyweight Championship. That gives him 22 titles.

8 Big Show

A guy as large as Big Show is someone you'd expect to rack up the championship wins. That's exactly what Big Show has done. In fact, nearly every year of his storied career has seen him hold some kind of gold. And he has done it in all sorts of divisions.

Big Show is the only man to hold the WWE, WCW, and ECW Heavyweight Titles. He is also a former winner of the Intercontinental, Tag Team, Hardcore, and United States Champion. Some of those happened on more than one occasion. Big Show has scored 23 titles during his lengthy career.

7 Crash Holly

You will find that more than a few people on this list have their total number of titles padded out by the Hardcore Championship. That title's 24/7 rule meant that it changed hands multiple times in one night on some occasions. Crash Holly was the one who started that rule and it led to him winning the gold a whopping 22 times as the "Houdini of Hardcore."

But Crash Holly wasn't just a one-hit-wonder. He also managed to score a few title victories outside of that division. The late Crash captured the Tag Team Titles with his cousin, as well as the Light Heavyweight and European Titles on his own. His total with WWE comes out to 25.

6 Jeff Hardy

To be fair, most wrestling fans understand that Jeff Hardy is wildly successful. Since breaking out in late 1999 with his brother, Jeff has consistently been a staple in wrestling. But have you stopped to really think about just how many titles he has won? It starts with the Tag Team Titles. The Hardy Boyz won 8 in WWE, 2 in TNA, and they have 1 reign each with the ROH and WCW Titles.

Jeff's list of singles accolades is even longer. He was World Heavyweight Champion twice, TNA Champion three times, and he has a WWE Title reign under his belt. That's not to mention runs with the Intercontinental, Hardcore, Light Heavyweight, and European Titles. Jeff has 28 titles across the major promotions he has worked for.

5 AJ Styles

You'll probably see AJ Styles on this list and be a little confused. We all know how great this legendary athlete has been throughout his career. It shouldn't shock us that he has a lot of title victories. The thing is, he fits this top ten because he has a longer list of championships than most people realize.

In TNA, Styles won 6 X Division Titles, 6 Tag Titles, 5 Heavyweight Titles, and 2 Legends/TV Titles. In ROH, he was a Tag Team and a Pure Champion once each. While with NJPW, Styles scored two IWGP Heavyweight Title runs. And with WWE, he has 2 WWE Titles and 3 United States Titles. Add in a PWG Title reign and he's up to 29 across some of the biggest companies in the world.

4 R-Truth

Who doesn't love R-Truth? He's the resident comedic genius of WWE, always willing to have a laugh and put a smile on the faces of fans everywhere. That brilliance has helped him become the most prominent 24/7 Champion in WWE so far, racking up 20 reigns as champion in just a few months.

However, R-Truth wasn't always about the jokes. As a serious competitor with TNA under the name Ron Killings, he won the NWA Heavyweight Title twice and secured three reigns with their Tag Team Titles. With WWE, Truth won the United States and Hardcore Titles twice each, while also owning a Tag Team Title run with Kofi Kingston. That brings his total to an impressive 30.

3 Booker T

He's not just a "SIX TIME WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION." Booker T is certainly a lot more than that. When he was a member of Harlem Heat in WCW, most people just assumed he'd be a great tag team wrestler. They did win the WCW Tag Team Titles on 10 separate occasions. But Booker T was just getting warmed up.

As a singles competitor, Booker seemingly won it all. That includes six WCW Television Titles, four United States Titles, and two Hardcore Titles. He also won an Intercontinental Title, though you probably forgot about that one. There were also four more Tag Title reigns while with WWE, and runs in TNA with the Legends and Tag Titles. Booker's total across WWE, WCW, and TNA is 35 championships.

2 Bubba Ray Dudley

Like Jeff Hardy, Bubba Ray Dudley racked up a ton of Tag Team Titles victories as a member of the Dudley Boyz/Team 3D. But his list is far longer. He and D-Von are the most decorated tandem in history. They won 9 WWE Tag Titles, 8 in ECW, and 3 in TNA to go along with 2 IWGP reigns and a WCW Tag Title run.

There's also Bubba Ray's singles career to discuss. While with WWE, he won 10 Hardcore Titles, bringing his total up to 33. But you also can't forget about his run as Bully Ray. That netted him two TNA Championship reigns and a stint as a Six-Man Tag Champion in ROH. All in all, Bubba Ray amassed 36 titles across various companies.

1 Raven

You probably didn't expect to find Raven sitting at the top of this list. His first championship came when he was known as Scotty Flamingo, winning the WCW Light Heavyweight Title. As Raven, he eventually won the United States and Tag Team Titles in WCW.

His rise to fame came in ECW, where he was a four-time Tag Team Champion and a two-time ECW Heavyweight Champion. There was also an NWA Title win while he was with TNA. All of those accolades are sweet but he really bumped up his total with an insane 27 Hardcore Title victories. That brings his astonishing total up to 37.
