Edge returning to the ring was a surprising moment, and that was also the case when Christian stepped back into the ring during the 2021 Royal Rumble match. When it comes to their friendship, this spot was even more emotional, simply because they got to share it together inside the ring.
For the fans, it was a massive surprise as no rumors were able to get out about it which was brilliant, but Edge was one of the few people trusted with the information, highlighting once again the connection they've created.
