Earlier this week, Washington Redskins wide receiver DeSean Jackson boasted to reporters "I don't feel no one could stop me. You could go get Darelle Revis, Richard Sherman, whoever you want to get." However, today Jackson ran into his toughest opponent yet: A blocking sled.
In the first practice of one-on-ones, Jackson suffered a separated shoulder hitting the blocking sled and is expected to be out for at least a few weeks if not longer. So all the millions of dollars spent trying to find a proper opponent to counter Jackson add up to nothing to a $1,000 piece of equipment. Maybe the Redskins should sign the sled up instead.
