What Does Pete Carroll Think of the Seahawks Getting Jimmy Graham?

Joe Nicholson / Mark J. Rebilas USA TODAY Sports

If only the Seahawks had made the trade for Jimmy Graham prior to their fourth quarter drive in Super Bowl XLIX, they may have been polishing another Lombardi trophy right now. The Seahawks landed the stud tight end on the first day of NFL Free Agency, trading center Max Unger and a 1st round pick to New Orleans.

We all know Pete Carroll made the worst decision in Super Bowl history when he opted to call a passing play from the one yard line, where Riccardo Lockette was the target. This of course, when Marshawn Lynch is his running back. However, if a similar situation comes up next year, it wouldn't look so crazy to target Jimmy Graham in the redzone. Oh, if only Carroll and the Seahawks had a time machine.
