Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows made their shocking return to the WWE on the October 10, 2022, episode of Raw, as the duo came to the aid of AJ Styles against their former best friend Finn Balor and his villainous faction "The Judgment Day". The appearance was a genuine surprise to the audience, as not only was it a well-kept secret on WWE's behalf, but also because Anderson still holds NJPW's NEVER Openweight Championship.

In the process of their return, The Good Brothers once again re-united their "OC" faction with AJ Styles. Being a part of a wrestling stable is not something new for Gallows and Anderson, as the duo has been a part of one whether it is in WWE, NJPW, Impact Wrestling, or even their brief tenure in AEW. Let's take a look at all of the factions who recruited The Good Brothers.

5 Balor Club

One of the major missteps ever taken by WWE in regard to Finn Balor's run with the company has been the promotion's inability to capitalize on the former IWGP Jr Heavyweight Champion's success as the founder and first leader of Bullet Club. While the company took no time to trademark "Balor Club" for Finn, the faction became an actual thing way later.

On the January 1, 2018, edition of Raw, The Good Brothers turned face in WWE for the first time as they aligned themselves with Balor to form the Balor Club faction. The trio would only make appearances for a brief period of time, with the most notable one being their segment with DX on the 25th anniversary special of Raw. While fans wanted to see the trio for a long time, the group working a babyface role just did not work with the crowd. During the Road to WrestleMania 34, Balor entered an Intercontinental Championship program with Seth Rollins and the champion, The Miz. Balor's singles push resulted in the company completely dropping all reference to his short-lived pairing with The Good Brothers.

4 Bullet Club (2022)

On February 19, 2022, at Impact Wrestling's No Surrender, The Good Brothers rejoined the Bullet Club after leader Jay White helped the duo retain their tag titles and turned on the faction's long-time members Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa.

This would lead to Gallows and Anderson appearing more for New Japan, with Anderson even winning the NEVER Openweight Championship by defeating Tama Tonga at the Dominion show from Osaka J-Hall. However, the duo soon re-signed with WWE, making their future with the group uncertain, to say the least.

3 Super Elite

On Night 1 of AEW's New Year's Smash 2021 edition of Dynamite, The Good Brothers made their first appearance for the company as a part of AEW's partnership with Impact Wrestling. Gallows and Anderson would align themselves with former Bullet Club stablemate Kenny Omega, and they would soon be joined by The Young Bucks and eventually Adam Cole.

While the group ran roughshod in both the promotions, as time went by, The Good Brothers transitioned more into a secondary role in the faction with them usually serving as fillers in AEW. Sadly, their time with the group met an abrupt end when AEW and Impact's partnership concluded in the fall of 2021. The highlight of the Super Elite will always be their 10-man elimination tag match with Hangman Page and The Dark Order at AEW Fight for the Fallen 2021.

2 The OC

In 2016, The Good Brothers arrived in the WWE by attacking The Usos, and shortly after that Roman Reigns, hence aligning themselves with AJ Styles to form "The Club". The trio took no time in getting themselves over with the WWE Universe, especially due to their work during Styles' feud with John Cena in the summer of 2016. However, the group was split in that year's WWE Draft.

In 2019, the group would re-unite and rename themselves as "The OC", with it standing for "The Original Club". The trio had a memorable feud with the Undertaker in 2020 which resulted in Styles having Boneyard Match with The Phenom at WrestleMania 36. Gallows and Anderson would then be released by the company, only to return 30 months later.

1 Bullet Club (2013 - 2016)

In 2013, Prince Devitt (now Finn Balor) turned heel on his long-time tag partner Ryusuke Taguchi and aligned himself with Bad Luck Fale at the Invasion Attack pay-per-view. They were soon joined by Karl Anderson and Tama Tonga to form the "Bullet Club" faction. In November of that year, they were also joined by Doc Gallows.

Gallows and Anderson did the best work of their careers during their first tenure in the Bullet Club, whether it was under the leadership of Devitt, AJ Styles, or Anderson himself. The duo held three reigns with the IWGP Tag Team Championship, and they even won the World Tag League in 2013, before exiting the group at the start of 2016 as they moved to WWE. Styles, Gallows, and Anderson leaving the group indeed marked the end of an era for the popular stable and led to the rise of The Elite.
