Florida Panthers Goals Are So Much More Exciting In Spanish

The Florida Panthers are still in the playoff hunt and yet they still have the league's worst attendance with just over 400,000 total attendance up to this point in the season - averaging just over 11,000 per game. That puts them behind the second-to-last Carolina Hurricanes.

So, the state of Florida might not be too enthused about their team, but you wouldn't know it listening to the Spanish play-by-play guys calling their games. Just listen to the call of the first period score and the shootout goal from the game against Boston.

I'll tell you that it sure got me pumped listening to it and - to quote Will Ferrell talking to his dog in Anchorman - "you know I don't speak Spanish."
