WrestleMania Weekend marks the return of Ring of Honor, with Tony Khan now in full control of the legendary promotion, as ROH presents their annual Supercard of Honor show, with a number of AEW talents featured on the event.

With the lines still not being totally clear as to where the differences between All Elite Wrestling and Ring of Honor fall, it remains to be seen who from AEW will appear within ROH, and when that will happen. Still, it remains an area where one might consider moving some of those from within AEW over to the ROH roster to help bolster the brand, while also giving these stars a chance to shine in a different light.

10 Penelope Ford

Penelope Ford AEW

One of the genuinely more overlooked women within AEW, Penelope Ford has managed to hang on since signing with the company during its infancy, originally tied to Joey Janela before shifting to being Kip Sabian's valet. During her time with the company, she has featured in an AEW Women's World Championship feud with Hikaru Shida, as well as a long-term program against TayJay with her partner, The Bunny.

While she is not the most well-rounded performer on the roster, she has shown great promise in almost all of her big matches, and would likely be a fun, solid addition to a new Ring of Honor women's roster.

9 Kip Sabian

The former Superbad Boy, now a forgotten pillar of AEW, Kip Sabian has not properly appeared on AEW programming since getting destroyed by his former partner, Miro. He has made a few cameos on Dynamite and Rampage, sitting ringside in a suit with a cardboard box over his head, something he has been wearing and doing at meet & greets since the summer of 2021.

It is certainly up in the air as to how Kip will be received whenever he does make a full-time return to AEW, though taking a detour in ROH might be for the best. Having been treated like one of AEW's future stars during the early days of AEW, Sabian feels far off from that trajectory nowadays and spending some time shining and impressing fans in Ring of Honor could help his chances in the long run.

8 Allie

Someone who has not gotten a fair shake within AEW's women's division is none other than The Bunny, also known as Allie. After having quite the special run within Impact Wrestling, Allie should have been a breakout star for AEW's women's division upon her arrival, but unfortunately, her time has been quite wasteful.

Originally wrestling as just Allie during AEW's first months, she would eventually become The Bunny alongside The Butcher & The Blade, before teaming up with Penelope Ford. There was also time spent teaming with Brandi Rhodes as The Nightmare Sisters in which Allie was secretly using QT Marshall, and the less said about that, the better. Allie is a name that would be a great fit for ROH, solely for the reason that she deserves a bit of a reset.

7 Tony Nese

Tony Nese Cropped

Since signing with AEW in 2021, Tony Nese has not done all that much aside from looking good while losing and wrestling on AEW Dark. One of the former faces of WWE's 205 Live, Nese is quite the stellar in-ring performer, though his lack of charisma is holding him back.

With Ring of Honor being more wrestling-focused, a talent of Nese's caliber could become a standout performer within any of ROH's divisions, whether going for the Pure, Television, or World Championship.

6 Mercedes Martinez

Mercedes Martinez in AEW

Veterans are always good to have around, and Mercedes Martinez is towards the upper tier of great women's wrestling veterans that are still active. With Martinez competing at Supercard of Honor in the Interim ROH Women's Championship Match, it could be a sign of things to come for the long-term veteran.

Mercedes moving from AEW to ROH could be smart as she does feel a bit lost within the current AEW product, having been split from Britt Baker's group and now just wandering on her own. Becoming one of the staples and figureheads of Ring of Honor would certainly be a great way to honor someone as respected as Martinez.

5 Top Flight

top flight

Two of the best and brightest young stars in the AEW system, the brotherly duo of Dante and Darius Martin finally got the chance to team once again in early 2022, after Darius returned from an ACL injury. With the tandem back together again, a run in ROH's tag division could do wonders for the extremely young team.

While Dante managed to standout as a singles star during his brother's absence, now that the team is healthy again, and with Ring of Honor likely needing some younger stars, and more specifically, needing tag teams, introducing Top Flight to ROH could be a great move.

4 Leyla Hirsch

A name that has risen within the Women's Division in AEW in recent months, Leyla Hirsch continues to impress anytime that she steps between the ropes. At only 25-years old, Hirsch could have an extremely bright future within AEW.

With her unique style in the current state of AEW, she stands out in a good way, though she is often overlooked for some other women. A change in scenery could do wonders for the amateur wrestling star, as she could use her background to really fit into a nice spot within Ring of Honor's rebooted women's division in the next few years.

3 Wardlow

Wardlow AEW

A bit of an outside-the-box name for Ring of Honor, Wardlow has shined in his big-time matches during his AEW career, with a forgotten fun bout between Mr. Mayhem and Hangman Page from 2020 being a clear indicator of how good the most handsome man in AEW truly is. With his ongoing story arc within All Elite Wrestling, a stint in the rebooted ROH could do the big man wonders.

As he is under contract with MJF (in storyline), Wardlow could be brought into Ring of Honor as an actual talent, with him racking up wins and going on a big run before returning to AEW to feud properly with MJF, leading to a marquee singles clash between the former allies.

2 Serena Deeb

Serena Deeb vs Hikaru Shida

The technical wizard of AEW's women's division, Serena Deeb is a living legend within the women's wrestling world, and adding her to the Ring of Honor women's division could be a stroke of genius as Tony Khan looks to get the company back off the ground.

Putting some of the most consistently good-to-great women's matches on within AEW, Deeb has proved her worth to the company since joining, to an insane degree. While it remains to be seen if Deonna Purrazzo will remain a part of Ring of Honor due to her Impact Wrestling commitments, a technical war between Deonna and Serena would be a brilliant way to differentiate the AEW and ROH women's divisions.

1 Jay Lethal

Jay Lethal with the Ring of Honor Television Championship and the Ring of Honor World Championship

Things appear to be turning around for Jay Lethal within AEW as of recent, after a lackluster start to his run with the company after joining in late 2021. Featured in two high-profile Dynamite matches against Adam Cole and Jon Moxley, Lethal has hinted at a new direction within the company, so it remains to be seen what will come of his time in AEW.

With that said, Lethal is a Ring Of Honor legend, as a former Television, World, and Pure Champion, the man has done it all for ROH. Attaching him to the reboot would be an immediate way to show that the legacy of ROH will be protected, while also adding one of the company's biggest stars, under new leadership.
