Jackass star Johnny Knoxville will go one-on-one with WWE Superstar Sami Zayn on Night 2 of WrestleMania 38 in just a few days ... and he's aiming to leave a big impression on the WWE Universe.

If you need [Sami Zayn] to clean your house or maybe give you a pedicure, he’s going to need a lot of odd jobs after WrestleMania because I’m gonna retire him,” Knoxville said during a recent chat with Metro Entertainment. “I’m training a bunch, and I can’t wait to punch Sami Zayn in that stupid face. I go to sleep thinking about it, I dream about it, I wake up in the morning and it’s the first thing I think about. He’s gonna pay at WrestleMania."

Knoxville has been feuding with Zay ever since the former declared for the 2022 men's Royal Rumble match on January 1. On that week's edition of SmackDown on FOX, Knoxville symbolically tossed Zayn over the top rope and was officially announced as one of the 30 men's Royal Rumble competitors. Knoxville and Zayn's beef continued to unfold during the men's Rumble when Zayn eliminated Knoxville with a big Helluva Kick.

Zayn continued to get under Knoxville's skin by gatecrashing the Jackass Forever world premiere in Los Angeles, although he was ultimately ejected from the event by security.

Knoxville has been having fun, and he hopes that his relationship with WWE will continue beyond WrestleMania.

"I would love to come back and do something more in the future! It’s been a dream come true working with the WWE,” Knoxville said in the aforementioned Metro interview. “It’s been so much fun, I didn’t realize I would become so completely obsessed with it like I have, it’s so fun!

Regarding the Show of Shows itself, the legendary daredevil promised some surprises.

Oh, I got a few special things planned. I don’t wanna give it away,” he added. “But they said ‘anything goes’ – that’s my specialty!”
