Unquestionably, Scott Hall was one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. In his prime, Scott Hall as Razor Ramon captivated audiences. In 1995, he made history as the first man to win the Intercontinental Championship four times. He never managed to win a World Championship, but his contributions to the wrestling business haven't gone unnoticed. 10 Razor Ramon Vs. Ted DiBiase - SummerSlam 1993

In 1993, Razor Ramon turned babyface and his stock and popularity continued to rise. The Bad Guy collided with the "Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase at SummerSlam. This bout turned out to be DiBiase's final match in a WWE ring with injuries taking their toll on DiBiase.

They had a decent match, and Ramon neutralized DiBiase's dominance. He looked superb, and sent DiBiase packing with his patented Razor's Edge in the curtain-raiser.

9 Scott Hall Vs. Crash Holly - Heat (4/7/02)

Scott Hall was far from his best in 2002, but it was still great to see him back in a WWE ring. Surprisingly, one of the founding members of the nWo competed on the April 7, 2002, edition of Heat. On the opposite side of the ring was Crash Holly.

Hall was barely troubled, and the match was to get Hall up to match fitness. He threw a toothpick in Crash's face before the match even began. Hall was toying with Crash, and his patented Razor's Edge was enough to see off his opponent.

8 Razor Ramon Vs. IRS - Royal Rumble 1994

At the 1994 Royal Rumble, Razor Ramon defended the Intercontinental Championship against IRS. A lot of matches on the undercard at Royal Rumble events often get lost in the shuffle. However, Ramon and IRS produced a competitive Intercontinental Title match.

Ramon had the fans on his side, and they were desperate to see him defeat IRS. There was a small amount of controversy with IRS thinking that he had won the Intercontinental Title. However, Shawn Michaels' plans were thwarted, and the match was restarted. Ramon retained the Intercontinental Championship with the Razor's Edge proving to be the difference-maker.

7 Razor Ramon Vs. The 1-2-3 Kid - In Your House 6: Rage In The Cage, 1996

The rivalry between Razor Ramon and the 1-2-3 Kid spilled over into a Crybaby match at In Your House 6: Rage in the Cage in February 1996. The loser would be humiliated, and they would have to wear a diaper.

Their chemistry was brilliant, and this was another quality match between the pair. Kid's manager, Ted DiBiase threw some powder in Razor's eyes. That did not deter Ramon in the slightest, and a couple of Razor's Edges were enough for Ramon to keep down the 1-2-3 Kid. It was an embarrassing moment for the 1-2-3 Kid as Razor put a diaper on him.

6 Razor Ramon Vs. Yokozuna - Raw (10/24/94)

Razor Ramon had a knack for opening up matches on Monday Night Raw. The Bad Guy put the Intercontinental Championship on the line against two-time WWE Champion Yokozuna on the October 24, 1994, edition of Raw. Ramon and Yokozuna's match was decent, but it was nothing special.

The Bad Guy withstood the barrage that Yokozuna threw at him. He retained his title by way of count-out as Yokozuna bumped into Undertaker's casket that was perched at ringside, and he was deathly afraid of caskets, and he retreated to the locker room in a hurry.

5 Razor Ramon Vs. Tatanka - Raw (9/26/94)

On the September 26, 1994, episode of Raw, Razor Ramon and Tatanka were on a collision course over the Intercontinental Championship. The Native American recently turned heel a month prior at SummerSlam, and he joined Ted DiBiase's Million Dollar Corporation.

Ramon and Tatanka produced one heck of an Intercontinental Title match. It was pay-per-view quality, and the match went back and forth. Lex Luger and Tatanka's stablemate Bam Bam Bigelow was battling in the aisle. Tatanka was distracted, and he aided Bigelow in fending off Luger. Ramon successfully defended the Intercontinental Championship with a count-out victory.

4 Scott Hall Vs. Steve Austin - Raw (4/8/02)

Scott Hall and Steve Austin had a disaster of a wrestling match at WrestleMania 18. However, the stakes were higher in their rematch on the April 8, 2002, edition of Raw. The Texas Rattlesnake had to defeat Hall once again if he was going to face The Undertaker in a number one contender's match for the WWE Championship at Backlash.

Since this match took place on Raw it's not remembered compared to their WrestleMania match. This bout was miles better than their WrestleMania 18 matchup. X-Pac was in Hall's corner and got involved at any opportunity that was presented to him. There was outside interference from The Undertaker, Ric Flair, and Bradshaw. Ultimately, Hall came up short with Austin's Stunner doing the trick once more.

3 Razor Ramon Vs. Owen Hart - Raw (1/9/95)

On the road to the 1995 Royal Rumble, Razor Ramon's Intercontinental Championship was on the line against Owen Hart. The King of Harts bested the Bad Guy in the 1994 King of the Ring final, and he was hoping that lightning would strike twice.

Razor was the aggressor, and he applied submission holds to wear down Hart. They hit a home run in an outstanding Intercontinental Championship match. Razor and Owen's chemistry together has always produced excellent matches. Owen applied the Sharpshooter on Razor, but his brother Bret cost him the title by interfering.

2 Razor Ramon Vs. Jeff Jarrett & The Roadie - In Your House, 1995

Razor Ramon and Jeff Jarrett battled over the Intercontinental Championship in 1995. They competed in a couple of title bouts at the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania 11. The Intercontinental Title wasn't on the line at the inaugural In Your House pay-per-view in 1995. Razor battled Jarrett and the Roadie on his lonesome in a handicap match.

The Bad Guy did a good job at keeping both men at bay. The action was enthralling, and Jarrett was attempting to cinch in the Figure Four Leglock. Razor blocked it, and he pushed Jarrett into the Roadie. The Bad Guy was victorious after dropping Jarrett with the Razor's Edge.

1 Scott Hall Vs. Spike Dudley - Raw (3/4/02)

The nWo was in great spirits on the March 4, 2002, episode of Raw. They laid out Steve Austin in his match with Booker T, but Hall needed a tune-up match on the road to WrestleMania 18. Hall, Kevin Nash, and Hulk Hogan were up to no good and Spike Dudley ended up being Hall's mystery opponent.

There was no way that Spike was going to win this match. Hall dominated the match, and he planted Spike with a picture-perfect Razor's Edge.
