Who wouldn't pay to see the baddest woman on the planet, Ronda Rousey, go up against the descendant of the greatest of all time (and the greatest of her time)? Recently Laila Ali, daughter of Muhammad Ali, claimed she would be able to take Rousey easily in a fight.

In a short interview with TMZ, Ali said:

“That’s like a question I’m not even going to answer because, for one, I’m not a UFC fighter and she’s not a boxer, and no woman can beat me... Of course not, she’s too much smaller than me anyway. She’s like the size of my daughter, my 3-year-old.”

Rousey responded to Ali speaking to thedailybeast. Ali who finished her boxing career with a 24-0 record with 21 knockouts. Rousey would be ready for the challenge saying:

“If she wants to take me up on that, I’m around,” Rousey says. “She’s retired and has several kids. I understand why she’d think that because she has a size advantage, but if you saw my last fight it had nothing to do with size or strength at all. That’s not how I beat people. So you can’t count having a size and strength advantage as having a real advantage against me.”

Ali's been retired since 2007, but with seemingly nobody to measure up to Rousey in the UFC, we'd all love to see a super fight like this.
