Ronda Rousey's Book Banned From Walmart Stores Because "She's Too Violent"

It appears Walmart is uncomfortable with a woman as strong and unstoppable as UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey. Rousey's book My Fight/Your Fight is not being sold in one of North America's giant retailers because "she's too violent" according to a report from Richard Johnson of the New York Post's Page Six.

Rousey's book is set to be released May 12 and has pre-sold thousands of copies. The book is being published by Regan Arts.

“I’m shocked, shocked to discover that censorship is going on in America!” said publisher Judith Regan.

It's funny how the leading seller of guns and ammunition in America would draw the line on Rousey, saying she's too violent. All she's done is beat 11 opponents, nine with her signature armbar. Is that really where Walmart draws the line?

The book will outline Rousey's rise to an Olympic medal in Judo, her rise to the top of the MMA world and her ventures into Hollywood. It will also give us some Intel on the trials and tribulations she's had to overcome in her life.

The book will be available at your local retail stores, except Walmart.
