The Green Bay Packers easily defeated the Buffalo Bills 22-0 at Lambeau Field on Sunday to move to 2-1-1 on the season, but star quarterback Aaron Rodgers wasn't happy with how the offense performed.

"We were terrible on offense," Rodgers said, via Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com. "We were a championship defensive-level and non-playoff team offensive-level today. That was not great by any stretch of the imagination. We need to find ways to get our playmakers in position to get some more opportunities."

Rodgers actually played well, completing 22 passes for 298 yards, one touchdown and one interception. The Packer offense wasn't as porousas he made it out to be, converting 11-of-19 third downs attempts and posting a total of 423 yards against Buffalo's 145.

The two-time MVP added that he needed to get the ball out more to star wide receiver Davante Adams and Pro Bowl tight end Jimmy Graham, who has just 16 catches for 169 yards and one touchdown in 2018.

"I'm excited to go home and have a scotch or two. But I'm also a realist. That's just not acceptable offense for us," Rodgers said. "Four hundred and twenty-three yards looks pretty good in comparison to some of the games we've put forward the first three weeks, but it should have been about 45 points and 600 yards."

The Packers offense definitely hasn't played up to its usual standards thus far, despite strong play from Rodgers, Adams, the rushing game and the offensive line. They sit just 14th in yards per game (371 per contest), and 19th in scoring offense (23 points per game).

But slow starts are nothing new for Rodgers and the Packers. Following a 1-2 start in 2014, Rodgers told the critics to "R-E-L-A-X." The Packers won 11 of their final 13 games, and he ran away with the MVP award, tossing 38 touchdowns against just five interceptions.

The Packers started out 4-6 in 2016, but they managed to win their final six games en route to an NFC North division title. That led to an appearance in the NFC Championship Game, where they fell to the Atlanta Falcons.

Green Bay sits second in the NFC North at 2-1-1, trailing only the 3-1 Chicago Bears. An angry Rodgers is bad for the NFL, so don't be surprised if he and the offense go off as the season progresses.
