To kick off Monday's Raw, Alexa Bliss confirmed one-quarter of the names that will take part in the Money in the Bank Ladder Matches on May 19, 2019.

Confirming there will be eight men and eight women in each Ladder Match (four from Raw and four from SmackDown), Bliss opened the show on brought out the four Raw male Superstars who will be competing. They were Braun Strowman, Ricochet, Drew McIntyre and Baron Corbin.

Corbin took some heat initially for not being able to cash in the last time he won the Money in the Bank match and after some back-and-forth, Strowman finally took over the conversation and said, "None of you have what it takes to stop me, Mr. Monster in the Bank from winning." He then suggested a bit of a preview by offering up a tag match that would feature Corbin and McIntyre vs Ricochet and Strowman.

It was then revealed Bliss would later come back on Raw to announce the four women who would represent the red brand in the Women's Ladder Match. Many fans were eagerly waiting to hear if Sasha Banks' name would be among those announced.

It was not revealed by the announcers if the SmackDown Live participants would be revealed on Monday or whether Bliss would show up on SmackDown Live to announce the names on Tuesday.

What This Means

There were earlier rumors that other competitors would be included in the match thanks to an ad that was "leaked" out of the Connecticut area. With the first four names, that ad already proved to be inaccurate. Rey Mysterio was not on the list, nor was Cesaro (Raw's newest roster member.)

Strowman has to be the early favorite from the four men announced but that Ricochet is included in this group is a positive sign WWE has big plans for him.
