The Pittsburgh Steelers need the Cleveland Browns to upset the Baltimore Ravens this Sunday if there is any hopes of making the playoffs.

With a Pittsburgh victory over the Cincinnati Bengals - coupled with a Browns road win - the Steelers would win the AFC North and squeak into the postseason. But if either of those scenarios fail, the Steelers will miss the playoffs, and the Ravens will win the AFC North for the first time in six years.

Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown took to Twitter to share his support for Baker Mayfield and company ahead of Sunday's big games.

The Steelers have beaten up on their AFC North foes for two decades, but for one day, everybody in the Steel City is a Browns fan. Pittsburgh has made the playoffs in each of the last four years, but that streak ends if Cleveland cannot pull off the monumental upset.

Pittsburgh had the AFC North on cruise control after a promising 7-2-1 start, and nobody could have predicted that their playoff hopes would come down to the Browns-Ravens Week 17 contest.

The Steelers have unraveled at the worst possible time, losing four of their last five games now - all in the waning seconds. Ill-timed turnovers cost them a Week 12 road victory over the Denver Broncos. A week later, they blew a 16-point lead at home to the Los Angeles Chargers and lost on a last-second field goal.

In Week 14, Pittsburgh let the lowly Oakland Raiders go ahead on a last-minute touchdown. Kicker Chris Boswell slipped on a potential game-tying attempt as time expired. Boom, the Steelers were now 7-5-1.

After a crucial and convincing 17-10 home victory over the New England Patriots in Week 15, the Steelers needed a win against the New Orleans Saints to control their own destiny for the AFC North. But a series of errors and late-game mistakes led to a heartbreaking 31-28 road loss to the NFL's best team.

Now, it all comes down to Sunday.

What This Means

The Steelers will be looking back all offseason and wondering "What if," should they fail to make the playoffs. Pittsburgh should have no problem defeating the lowly Bengals at home this Sunday, and if the Browns can upset the Ravens, all will be well in the Steel City after all.
