Barcelona has made yet another bid for Willian, and Chelsea has rejected the club's advances for the third time.

It is quickly becoming a summer of change at Chelsea, no matter how much those in charge are trying to fight it. While the higher-ups wanted to replace Antonio Conte as manager, they don't want the players that are rumored to be heading for the exit to join him. A replacement for Thibaut Courtois continues even though the Belgian hasn't left yet, and his fellow countryman Eden Hazard may also leave the club.

Another man who could be heading for the door at Stamford Bridge is Willian. Even though the Brazilian was voted the Player's Player Of The Year last season, he didn't play as often as he'd like due to a fragmented relationship with Conte. Willian admitting that he would leave if the Italian remained in charge gained the attention of a few clubs, but now Conte has left so what's next for Willian?

Barcelona is one of the clubs interested in Willian and even though Conte has departed Stamford Bridge, the Spanish Champions are continuing their pursuit of him. According to Sky Sports, Barca has made a third offer to Chelsea for the playmaker. This latest bid is rumored to be worth north of $72 million, with the last rejected bid reported to be around $69.5 million.

Chelsea is not caving though and has once again rejected Barcelona's advances. Manchester United is also reported to be keeping tabs on the situation but as far as we know hasn't made a bid for Willian at the time of typing this. If Jose Mourinho wants Willian at Old Trafford then he will likely have to cough up far more than Barca since the Red Devils are Premier League rivals of Chelsea.

Every day that passes, Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri likely breathes a sigh of relief that Willian, Hazard, and Courtois are still his players. Lucky for him, the end of the Premier League transfer window is a lot earlier than normal this coming season and will close before the league starts back up. On the downside for Sarri, players will still be allowed to leave the club and head to La Liga after that since the transfer window will still be open in Spain.
