Becky Lynch believes that all streaks must come to an end and that Asuka's will succumb to that fate when she faces Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania.

For weeks we were left in the dark about exactly who Asuka was going to face for a Women's Championship at WrestleMania. The Empress Of Tomorrow was about to make her decision following the Royal Rumble match before she and the two champions were rudely interrupted by a debuting Ronda Rousey. That meant the decision was never officially made.

From then on it was widely assumed that Asuka would stick to her own brand and challenge Alexa Bliss for the Raw Women's Championship on The Grandest Stage Of Them All. That was until Fastlane last week. Once Charlotte Flair had successfully defended her title against Ruby Riott, The Empress shocked the WWE Universe, came to the ring and made it abundantly clear that she wants to face The Queen on April 8, 2018.

That makes their match at WrestleMania a pretty huge deal as it will be title versus streak. Asuka debuted in WWE back in October 2015 and she is still yet to lose a single match. One woman who thinks that will change in New Orleans is Flair's best friend Becky Lynch. The Lass Kicker sat down with Planeta Wrestling recently and said "everything must come to an end, undefeated streaks and all."

Lynch made the bold statement armed with proof too. The inaugural SmackDown Women's Champion pointed out that there was a time when Flair herself had a pretty impressive winning streak on main roster pay-per-views. Lynch also threw out The Undertaker's legendary WrestleMania streak coming to an end at WrestleMania XXX. Could Asuka's two and a half year undefeated streak meet the same fate as those two at WrestleMania 34?

The Lass Kicker is absolutely right when she says that all streaks must come to an end, for the most part anyway, but that doesn't necessarily mean Asuka's will end at WrestleMania. What isn't in any doubt is that Charlotte Flair will likely be the biggest threat to her undefeated run so far. The Queen stands alone when it comes to female competitors in WWE right now and Asuka will need to prove that she can compete at her level if she wants to keep her streak intact.
