Becky Lynch and Corey Graves recently went head to head on Twitter and while The Man won once again, Graves gave it the best shot of all her social media victims to date.
It takes more than just good in-ring ability to be a great wrestler. You need a unique blend of a number of different skills in order to really make it to the very top of the business. It might not have been obvious in the past, even to herself by her own admission, but Becky Lynch has that unique blend. A terrific wrestler with the promo skills, personality, and attitude to back all of that up.
Another ability that wrestlers need in the present day is one that revolves around social media. It's not a necessity, but it can be an extremely useful tool for today's wrestlers. If you're injured then Twitter and Instagram can be used to keep yourself relevant. Plus, in the usual six-day gap when you aren't on TV, you can use social media to continue hyping matches and rivalries.

Lynch has not only been doing that but also finding herself in battles that aren't featured on TV at all. The common theme to all of these Twitter beefs is that The Man always comes out on top. The latest victim of her social media wrath is Corey Graves, and the WWE announcer brought that fury upon himself.
Graves made a comment about Lynch on SmackDown Live this week, claiming she's too cocky and talks too much on social media. Big mistake. Lynch hit back and she hit back hard. The Lass Kicker wrote "I drum up more interest in 1 tweet than you do with 5 hours of your Heenan-lite routine." Stupidly, Graves took the bait. In response, the announcer has changed his Twitter name to "The Woman" and also tweeted "It’s tough to go FULL-Heenan when the boss is actually paying attention to your work."
It's no secret that Vince McMahon is constantly in the ear of his announcers. That's why whenever you're complaining about the stupid things Graves and Michael Cole say, remember that most of the time, they are being told to say it. However, Graves' tweet also implies that Mr. McMahon isn't currently paying any attention to Lynch. She is the hottest star in WWE right now, we think Vince might have at least half an eye on what she's doing.
