Becky Lynch has emerged as the main face of WWE since last August, and the company is about to reward her for it big time.

According to Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet, WWE has offered Lynch a multi-year contract which come with a raise, and the Irish Lass Kicker is "expected to put pen to paper soon."

All of this comes after WWE announced that the Raw Women's Championship match between Lynch, Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey would headline WrestleMania 35 in less than two weeks. Indeed, things just keep getting better and better for "The Man."

News about Lynch's new contract won't surprise anybody, given how great her last seven months have been in the WWE. Lynch is one of the best things in the wrestling world right now, and she hasn't even  competed in the biggest match of her life yet. The 2019 women's Royal Rumble winner just keeps on growing more in terms of popularity among the WWE Universe, so the contract extension and raise are extremely well-deserved.

There are a handful of WWE talents who face uncertain futures with the company, so news of Lynch's contract extension will calm some nerves among fans. Dean Ambrose is set to leave when his real runs up after WrestleMania 35, while Gallows & Anderson rejected new contracts. It's unknown if Mike and Maria Kanellis and The Revival will stay with WWE, as they all recently asked to be released. We'll see how it all plays out with these stars, but it's a huge win for WWE to retain one of their top talents for the long term.

What This Means

There was never a doubt that Lynch was going to stay with the WWE, where she's experienced a great deal of success since coming aboard six years ago. Lynch just keeps taking her wrestling career to new heights, and it was only a matter of time until WWE rewarded for it. Now, we wait and see if she'll leave WrestleMania 35 as the new Raw Women's Champion.
