Becky Lynch has only been cleared of one of the two injuries she suffered. The concussion has gone, but the fracture she suffered is still healing.

With one misplaced swipe of her forearm a few weeks ago, Nia Jax changed the course of WWE history. Probably in more ways than we will ever know. The injury to Becky Lynch caused by that forearm forced The Man to miss her showdown with Ronda Rousey at Survivor Series. Charlotte Flair took her place, thus creating a match we weren't expecting to see until WrestleMania 35.

The strike fractured Lynch's nose, or broke her face as WWE and Jax have been putting it, and also caused her to suffer a concussion. Those injuries not only stopped her competing in the aforementioned match at Survivor Series, but she hasn't wrestled since. In fact, Lynch's last match was versus Nikki Cross on SmackDown Live over a month ago.

Now that TLC is less than two weeks away, we're assuming we won't see Lynch compete again until the PPV. However, Wrestling Observer Newsletter has revealed some worrying news. At the time of typing this, The Lass Kicker has only been cleared of one of the two injuries she suffered. "She was cleared from the concussion, but not from the nasal fracture," reports WON.

There is some good news, though. Of the two injuries Lynch suffered, the concussion is the worrying one and the one that can't necessarily have a timeline slapped on it. When the nose fracture will be fully healed, on the other hand, is an injury with a recovery timeline. We're assuming that since Lynch is booked to defend her title at TLC that WWE doctors are confident she will be ready to go by Sunday, December 16, 2018.

Ever since Lynch first suffered the injury, we have been crossing our fingers that it wasn't serious enough for her to have to relinquish the title. At this moment in time, with 10 days to go until TLC, it seems Lynch will have been cleared of both injuries and ready to go for another women's first. The first ever female TLC match in WWE history. Providing all goes to plan, we really can't wait for this one.
