Braun Strowman is in the books for a first wrestling appearance since he was released by WWE. The towering superstar was one of the wrestlers who got cut when the promotion swung the axe earlier this year and he's now reportedly booked for Qatar Pro Wrestling's SuperSlam 3 show in February 2022.

According to Lucha Libre Online's Michael Morales Torres, Strowman will be making his first non-WWE appearance since the departure at the aforementioned SuperSlam 3.

Strowman, real name Adam Scherr, has been teasing a big move on social media in recent times and is understood to be in direct contact with Ali Al-Marafi, the president of QPW. It's been reported that a contract will be signed this September after travel and Visa issues are sorted out as the wrestler is due to arrive in Doha, Qatar on February 26, 2022.

The show will be a pretty high-profile one. Back in April, we reported that the Nation of Domination will be part of the affair - they will be joined by legends such as Bret Hart, Sting, Eric Bischoff and Jon Moxley.

AEW Bound?

Earlier this week, Strowman seemed to suggest that he had his pick of the bunch via the tweet shown below. It's been reported that AEW is in for the intimidating superstar while WWE's also keen on bringing him back despite only releasing him recently. AEW looks to be on the verge on some pretty huge signings, with CM Punk and Daniel Bryan both rumored to be close to a move.

Former WWE star Mark Henry, who joined the younger brand this year, has spoken of his admiration for Strowman, making no secret about wanting the former WWE Champion to join him at AEW.

Strowman hasn't been very vocal over his future but has been keeping fans on their toes. On Thursday, he took to Instagram to reveal "Big moves" are coming. "I can't wait to share what's going with me," he wrote in an Instagram story.
