Brie Bella explains why her recent attempt at a suicide dive during a match on Raw didn't exactly go to plan.

The Bella Twins are back in WWE, but while they've been away from the ring the two of them have been extremely busy. Not only have Nikki and Brie continued to star in WWE's reality series Total Divas, but they also now have their own spin-off of that, Total Bellas. Add to that their own clothing line BirdieBee, their own range of wines, oh and did we mention that Brie is also a mom now?

With all of that going on many fans probably expected that their in-ring careers might be over. Not the case. The announcement of WWE's first all-female PPV, Evolution, was enough to lure them back into the ring. The two of them have been performing together on Raw and Brie has been performing double duty, also appearing on SmackDown Live. The Bella has been preparing to team with her husband Daniel Bryan in mixed tag action versus The Miz and Maryse this Sunday at Hell In A Cell.

Brie's first night back between the ropes was something of a mixed bag. She and Nikki teamed up to take on two-thirds of The Riott Squad in Sarah Logan and Liv Morgan. Although the twins picked up the win, as the match gained momentum Brie delivered a suicide dive to Logan and Ruby Riott on the outside but didn't execute it quite right, resulting in a nasty landing.

Thankfully Brie was okay, and in an interview with Yahoo this week the former Divas' Champion explained why the spot didn't come off quite right. "With any type of physical body change, it changes so much...I forgot that I'm 10 pounds heavier than what I was. Gravity doesn't lie," Brie explained. Bella opened up about the fact that she is heavier now due to giving birth and was initially worried about what the fans would think of her because of it.

Hopefully, Brie now realizes that the fans love her as much as they did before, if not even more so. Seeing her and Maryse, who has also given birth recently, main event SmackDown Live this week was something that should be celebrated. Both of them will step back between the ropes at Hell In A Cell on Sunday and will likely both have roles to play at WWE Evolution next month too.
