Cleveland Browns coach, Hue Jackson, is seeking refuge in football after his mother and brother deaths.

Jackson is mourning the deaths of mother and brother. Two weeks ago, his brother, John Jackson Jr., died unexpectedly. On Wednesday night, a team spokesman confirmed his mom dead, Betty Lee, who passed over the weekend due to a prolonged illness. The former Bengals offensive coordinator has been coping with this terrible situation at the same time as he tries to improve a team in a rebuilding process, who couldn't win a single game last season. The Brown's training camp started last week.

According to the coach agent, John Thornton, this tragedy has been difficult for him, and he seeks to find refuge in football. "It's been really tough on him," Thornton told Cleveland.com "He's just trying to let football help him out."

Hue Jackson has proven to be a tough guy, thoroughly committed to his team. Despite the bad moment he is passing through, he hasn’t missed a single practice or made any comments about his losses. He will stay with the Browns through next week’s preseason opener against the New York Giants while the family finalizes the funeral arrangements. The coach plans to leave the team after the game to fly to Los Angeles for his mother’s funeral.

As if things were not complicated enough for the Cleveland head coach, he has had to go through this shock while there are cameras from HBO Hard Knocks filming all over the team's building.

“The camera’s in your face all day, so you can’t really grieve.” Jackson’s agent said. “At any given time, he’s got two cameras in his office. He’s doing the best he can not to let his emotions get the best of him. He knows he has to be there for the team.”

The Cleveland Browns hold a record of 1-31 in the last two seasons with Hue Jackson as their Head coach. However, the team looks like a renewed one this year with the acquisition of new players such as the standout wide receiver Jarvis Landry from the Miami Dolphins, the former Buffalo Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor, former Green Bay Packers cornerback Damarious Randall, and the No.1 overall pick of this year’s draft, Baker Mayfield.
