Humberto Carrillo has updated fans after the nasty bump he took on Raw. He highlighted that it's the first time he has been unable to finish a match.

Wrestling might be staged, but it doesn't always go to plan. That was demonstrated by Sheamus and Humberto Carrillo on Raw this week. A sunset flip to the outside went very wrong. Carrillo didn't quite nail the landing which resulted in The Celtic Warrior landing awkwardly on his opponent's leg.

Carrillo immediately gestured to someone off-camera, and after talking to the referee, the match was brought to a premature end. Somehow Carrillo wasn't seriously injured, as was reported after Raw and has now been confirmed by the man himself. Carrillo tweeted fans on Tuesday letting them know he is okay.

"Last night was the first time I couldn’t finish a match in my whole wrestling career, but when you push the limits as I do anything can happen in a split of second," Carrillo tweeted. He also sent a warning to Sheamus, implying that the issues between the two of them are yet to be settled. No doubt the US Champion will take the chance to brag about the match stoppage on Raw next week.

Carrillo had been off Raw for a number of months before returning to feud with Sheamus. It would have been a real shame if he were sidelined with an injury, one that could have been pretty serious based on how the fall looked. Reports suggest Carrillo didn't suffer any long-term damage at all and might be back as soon as next week, something Sheamus might want to consider before he does any of that aforementioned bragging.

Despite being back for a couple of weeks, Carrillo's match on Monday was his first on the red brand since last October. Two weeks ago Sheamus attacked Carrillo before the bell, and last week the Mexican star got his revenge by beating down Sheamus during his match with Mansoor. Speaking of which, than unceremonious finish means Mansoor's impressive winning streak is now over.
