Chris Jericho has become one of the all-around best stars in wrestling and rock and roll these days. After his band, Fozzy, provided the theme song for NXT TakeOver: Chicago last year with Judas, Triple H announced that they are back again to provide the theme for this year's event. In a recent Twitter post, the head of NXT announced that Halestorm and Fozzy will be providing the two theme songs, with Fozzy being the more notable due to Jericho, with their second hit song in the past three tyears, Painless.

The band has been going strong for the past two decades, even appearing on WWE TV once before to perform their single To Kill A Stranger. But it wasn’t until Judas that they really took off, and now with Jericho focusing more energy into the band, they’ve become one of the biggest rock bands on the planet. Judas racked up over 15 million views on YouTube, and while Painless hasn’t quite reached that level, it’s still a fantastic song, and one you need to hear before the show.

Speaking of the event, NXT TakeOver: Chicago is set to be one of the best TakeOvers yet, and with several matches having the potential to steal the show, we may even see Dave Meltzer whip out more 5-star ratings. The match I am looking forward to the most is Velveteen Dream vs. Ricochet which is sure to deliver a classic, but even if the show doesn’t live up to expectations, it has an absolute killer theme tune, sung by one of the industry's greatest ever performers.

So what do you guys think? Have you been enjoying Fozzy more as of late since Jericho has devoted more of his time to the band? What is your favorite NXT theme of all time (wrestler or TakeOver)? How excited are you for TakeOver: Chicago? As always, let us know all your thoughts and ideas in the comment section below.
