WWE legend Chris Jericho shared a major announcement on his Instagram page, that Impact Wrestling will board the the Jericho Cruise from Oct. 27-31 - following a meeting with the company's management.

Impact star Sami Callihan had already left a threatening message to Y2J - that he was prepared to invade the Cruise. With the future Hall of Famer now confirming that its talents will join the cruise, Callihan just may get his wish.

Back in the winter, Jericho revealed that he pitched the idea to WWE about having his own cruise party. He wanted to take many of the NXT talents aboard, but Triple H and Vince McMahon wouldn't allow it - as the WWE chairman apparently strongly dislikes cruises.

Jericho then reached a deal with the Ring of Honor promotion, where they agreed to send some of their top superstars to compete on the cruise. Interestingly, Jericho had a brief run with New Japan Pro Wrestling - where he fought Kenny Omega at Wrestle Kingdom 12.

Though Jericho did note that Vince and WWE officials were fine with him competing in NJPW, we're not so sure how they feel about him working with Impact now. Since his last run with the WWE, Jericho has done work with the company's three biggest wrestling promotion rivals by far.

But the singer of Fozzy has no current obligations to WWE, and simply gets to choose how he wants to roll. If they weren't down for his idea of having a cruise party, who can blame Jericho for wanting to host superstars from a rival company instead?

Fans can now book cabins and get their tickets to the Jericho Cruise. And the best part? He may even put you on the list...of guests who are attending. It's going to be quite a party for Jericho, his many fans and Impact talents.
