Curt Hawkins suffered his 201st loss in a row this week on Raw, but that isn't the only unwanted stat he currently has to his name.

When the word streak is brought up in sport, more often than not it is associated with something good. A team that hasn't lost for an impressive amount of time or has made the finals of a tournament for a number of straight years. The same goes for streaks in professional wrestling. Some of the most famous include The Undertaker's legendary WrestleMania streak and when Goldberg went 173 and 0.

As Raw Superstar Curt Hawkins knows all too well right now, streaks aren't always necessarily a good thing. That's because he is currently on an epic one, and it is epic for all the wrong reasons. At the time of typing this, Hawkins has lost 201 matches in a row. His latest defeat came at the hands of No Way Jose on Raw this week after he was rolled up and pinned in a matter of seconds.

We're not sure if Hawkins knows this or not, but his ever-increasing losing streak is not the only unwanted run he currently has to his name. Following his latest loss, WWE Stats & Info revealed on Twitter that the Raw Superstar has never, ever won a match on the red brand. Obviously not in his last 201 matches, but also not before that or even during his first run with WWE.

That statistic becomes even more incredible when you hear exactly how long Hawkins has been a WWE Superstar. The former Tag Team Champion made his main roster debut eleven years ago. Admittedly he has spent a lot of that time as a SmackDown Superstar, left for two years, and also spent time in NXT, it still must hurt to have never had a victory on Raw in all that time.

The good news for Hawkins is that his losing streak seems to be gaining more and more traction. What WWE can't do is simply let it end with a whimper. An angle needs to be built around it and when it eventually does come to an end it needs to be an extremely big deal. Not only because it will be the end of the streak, but we now know it may also be Hawkins' first-ever win on Raw.
