Daniel Bryan was the focal point of one of WrestleMania's greatest moments five years ago, but there is one thing he regrets about that night.

It's hard to believe that Daniel Bryan's crowning moment at WrestleMania XXX happened more than five years ago. So much has happened to the former WWE Champion between now and then. He was forced to retire only to make a triumphant comeback last year. Since then, he has been WWE Champion yet again.

On that fateful night back in New Orleans, Bryan had to overcome seemingly insurmountable odds to become champion. At the start of the night, he had to defeat Triple H. If he could do that, he would qualify for the main event and go to war with Randy Orton and Batista. He obviously managed that and forced Batista to tap in order to become WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

It's hard to imagine that Bryan disliked anything about that night. However, he recently admitted that he does have one regret. He opened up about it during an appearance on Jimmy Jacobs Doesn't Know. "My biggest regret is that I didn’t get to celebrate in that moment, with the confetti coming down, with my wife," Bryan revealed. Brie Bella was actually his fiance at the time. He would marry her later that week.

Less than two years later, Bella did join her husband in the ring. Sadly, it was not to celebrate. It came directly after Bryan was forced to retire and delivered an extremely emotional speech on Raw. We, the fans, Bryan, and Bella are glad that the retirement didn't stick. That Bryan fought against his original diagnosis and has gone on to wrestle again at the highest level.

There has been cause for concern in regards to Bryan recently. The last time we saw him on TV was when he lost the WWE Championship at WrestleMania. While not confirmed, it's believed that he suffered a concussion. However, word is that he has now recovered and been cleared. We could well see him on this week's SmackDown Live, and he could even be added to the WWE Title match at Money In The Bank.
