Diamond Dallas Page refused to take any money from Cody Rhodes for his appearance during the NWA Title match at All In.

More than a week has passed since All In and it is still basically what everyone in the wrestling business is talking about. Between the actual event on the Saturday night and the Starrcast weekend that surrounded it, it sounds as if it couldn't have gone much better even if Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks had wanted it to.

One of the highlights of the night was seeing the aforementioned Rhodes win the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship. The title was won by his late father, Dusty Rhodes for the first time almost 40 years ago and he helped make the belt famous. The tears from Rhodes in the ring after he pinned Nick Aldis were more than likely very real ones.

Rhodes wasn't the only one in the vicinity who had tears in his eyes. The former Ring Of Honor World Champion was accompanied to the ring by his father's good friends Diamond Dallas Page, Tommy Dreamer, and Raymond Lloyd, better known to wrestling fans as WCW's Glacier. DDP admitted to Wrestling News how emotional an evening it was, and even teared up just talking about it during the interview.

Page also revealed that he refused to accept any money from Rhodes and The Bucks for his appearance at All In. "I told him if you need me for anything, I said I’m there and I wouldn’t charge him nothing," DDP revealed adding, "I’m sure plenty of people got paid a lot of money to be there, I took nothing and I won’t take nothing from him." His appearance didn't merely involve a walk to the ring either. DDP also hit a Diamond Cutter on Daivari during the match.

DDP already has a reputation for being one of the nicest and most genuine guys in wrestling. If it wasn't for him taking in Jake Roberts and Scott Hall then the two Hall Of Famers would likely no longer be with us. Although he obviously didn't refuse All In payment to make him look like a good guy, it will only solidify his spot as having one of the biggest hearts in the business.
