The Denver Nuggets have been mired in mediocrity for almost a decade now, but that doesn't mean the Pepsi Center is a warm and welcoming environment for opposing teams.

A Reddit user shared statistical data on a graph that shows the Nuggets own the best home advantage among all North American sports teams. You can view the graph by clicking here.

The Nuggets haven't made the playoffs in each of the last five seasons, and their last postseason series victory was nine years ago. But the Pepsi Center has apparently been a house of horrors for visiting teams, even though Denver's home record throughout the last several seasons hasn't been great, with the exception of 2017-18.

Denver posted a 31-10 home record, just barely missing out on the playoffs, losing a win-or-go-home game to the Minnesota Timberwolves on the final day of the regular season. However, they went a mere 22-19 at home in 2016-17, and just 18-23 in 2015-16.

However, optimism is brewing is brewing in the Mile High City for the Nuggets. They signed former All-Star point guard Isaiah Thomas to join a core of Paul Millsap, Nikola Jokic and Gary Harris. Coming of a 46-win season, the Nuggets are expected to heavily compete for a playoff spot in the stacked Western Conference.

The Nuggets are followed by the Utah Jazz and Golden State Warriors on the list of best home advantages. For the NFL, the Denver Broncos and New England Patriots finished first and second, respectively. The Seattle Seahawks came in third on the list.

The Calgary Flames, Nashville Predators and Anaheim Ducks took the top three spots for the NHL home advantages. Surprisingly, the Western Conference runner-up Winnipeg Jets came in last. The Milwaukee Brewers took the first spot for MLB teams, followed by the Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees.
