Chris Jericho and Jon Moxley are among the former WWE talents that AEW was able to recruit, but we know that the new wrestling promotion won't be stopping there.

We're always hearing rumors about WWE superstars possibly leaving for the rival AEW promotion. In fact, Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio recently reported that some WWE talents "are counting the days" until their contracts expire. This is because many of them are ecstatic about the idea of joining AEW.

It's anybody's guess which WWE superstar(s) will be next to leave for the rival promotion.  Right now, Sports Betting Dime (h/t Ringside News), lists Dolph Ziggler as the favorite to join AEW at +200 odds.

Finn Balor has the second-highest odds at +275, followed by Shinsuke Nakamura (+300) and Luke Harper (+450). After them, Sasha Banks, Rusev and The Revival come in with odds of +1000.

Ziggler has been open about his previous frustrations in WWE, but he has continued to sign new deals and remain with the company. He recently came back from a lengthy hiatus to focus on his stand-up comedy career, so it's unknown how much longer he wants to wrestle for - and if Ziggler prefers a full or part-time schedule down the road.

Balor and Nakamura are among WWE's greatest talents that have been poorly booked by the company, so it wouldn't be a surprise if they both looked to leave down the road. The Revival have yet to sign new contracts with WWE, while Harper revealed in April that he asked to be released. And as for Banks, she has been on hiatus since WrestleMania 35, and it's unknown if she'll be returning to WWE.

What This Means

WWE has been doing their best to retain their talents by offering five-year deals with large amounts of money. They kept Mike and Maria Kanellis when it looked like both were ready to depart. It'll be interesting to see down the road which superstars try to leave for AEW, and which ones take the money and stick around in WWE.
