Golden State Warriors star Kevin Durant has moved on from his heated argument with Draymond Green on Monday, and the reigning NBA Finals MVP has no interest in talking about it anymore.

Following Golden State's ugly 107-86 road loss to the Houston Rockets on Thursday, Durant was asked again about his situation with Green. A stern KD gave a very short and (not so) sweet response.

Green and Durant appear to have buried the hatchet, having emphasized that they're focused on winning and have moved on from it. However, the blowup on Monday has led to some speculating if either Durant or Green could leave Golden State after this season.

Adrian Wojnarowski and Marc J. Spears of ESPN.com reported that the confrontation stemmed from Green turning the ball over at the end of regulation against the Los Angeles Clippers. After losing in overtime, Durant and other Warriors confronted Green for not passing him the ball in order to attempt a game-winning shot.

Marcus Thompson II of The Athletic reported that Green defended himself by asking KD "Who the expletive you talking to?" Warriors fans got all the more worried when one player told Thompson that Durant is on his way out of Golden State.

"With what was said, there is already no way Durant is coming back," the player said. "The only hope is that they can say this summer, ‘See, KD. We’ve got your back. We protected you from Draymond.’"

Let the speculation about Durant's future begin. Again.

What This Means

It's impossible to predict what Durant will decide between now and July, but his refusal to discuss the matter any more is good news for Warriors fans. He seems to believe that the whole saga has been blown out of proportion, as does Green.

Warriors fans can only hope that Durant and Green won't let one confrontation lead to the breakup of their dynasty. It's still early in the season, so KD and Green have plenty of time to work out whatever differences they may have.
