Dustin Rhodes has revealed that even more WWE employees watched Double Or Nothing than you might think.

Have you come down from the high that was Double Or Nothing on Saturday night yet? No, us neither. Almost 48 hours later we are still struggling to find things we didn't like about AEW's debut show. The main event, the surprises, the stories told. A terrific show and definitive proof that there might well be life outside of WWE in the wrestling business.

We know for a fact that at least a handful of WWE Superstars and employees were watching on Saturday night. For starters, some people in WWE are in relationships with wrestlers who were on the show. Renee Young, Peyton Royce, and Adam Cole to name just a few. However, if what Dustin Rhodes said over the weekend is anything to go by, a lot of WWE employees had their eyes opened on Saturday night.

Rhodes took part in a live Q&A at Starrcast on Sunday and revealed that he received messages from 30 different WWE employees after Double Or Nothing. "I think the internal reaction was ‘wow, there’s a life outside of prison.’ I would say about thirty of the WWE including employees texted me last night," Rhodes revealed, reports Ringside News.

What we really want to know is whether anyone at the top of the totem pole in WWE was watching. Rhodes wasn't too sure about that one. "I don’t know if Hunter or Vince or Stephanie watched the stuff, but some of the office personnel did," he went on to say. Since rumor has it that Mr. McMahon doesn't watch NXT, we can't imagine he would have sat down on Saturday night to watch AEW. Triple H, on the other hand, maybe so.

If Mr. McMahon did watch Double Or Nothing, he will have seen what he could have had if he let Rhodes and Cody compete at WrestleMania. The match between the brothers this past weekend was arguably the best of the entire show. A hard-hitting bloodbath that ended with an incredibly emotional moment. Next up for Rhodes is a match alongside his brother against The Young Bucks at Fight for the Fallen.
