Ember Moon's Cryptic Post Suggests She Wants Out Of WWE

A tweet sent out by Ember Moon after this week's SmackDown Live suggests she is the latest Superstar to admit that they're fed up with WWE.

The buzz surrounding AEW has died down a little in recent weeks. However, we fully expect it to pick right back up again following this weekend's Fyter Fest. Another week or so of disgruntled WWE Superstars being linked with the fledgling promotion. Although AEW can't take everyone, that hasn't stopped the rumor mill from turning.

So far, the list of current WWE Superstars who could potentially show up in AEW includes Sasha Banks, The Revival, Harper, Gallows & Anderson, and Mike & Maria Kanellis. Following a cryptic tweet from Ember Moon on Tuesday night, it would seem that she can now be added to that ever increasing list.

Moon has been embroiled in a feud with Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose for the past few weeks. The rivalry has been made up of plenty of cringey backstage segments and not a lot of actual wrestling. This week on SmackDown Live, Moon actually had the chance to step between the ropes with Deville. However, she wound up being defeated incredibly quickly by The Pridefighter.

Following the match, Moon wrote what appears to be an open letter to WWE and possibly AEW on Twitter. Moon wrote "From Injuries to obscurities... Tonight has defeated me in more ways than We know." It Is signed EM (Ember Moon) and addressed to A, which could well mean AEW. Moon singed off by writing "I'm not willing to give control away... But I know You are waiting."

The tweet is obviously incredibly vague and it could mean any number of things. Moon has also tagged WWE in the tweet and included a SmackDown Live hashtag. That might mean this is part of an angle, or it could be her way of getting the attention of those who matter. Moon was treated incredibly well well in NXT. However, as with so many call-ups, that hasn't transferred successfully to the main roster. It would be a real shame if she does plan on leaving and WWE lets her go without a fight.
