Enzo Amore was promptly removed from the Staples Center on Sunday night after he bought a ticket to WWE Survivor Series.
Wrestlers appearing in the front row at WWE shows when they aren't supposed to be in the building is nothing new. During the 1990s there was talk of having Ric Flair do so at a WWE PPV while he was under contract with WCW. Goldberg did it so that he could attack Brock Lesnar in 2004. Nowadays, it is commonplace for new signings to be in the front row at NXT TakeOvers.
The thing is, in all of those occasions and so many more, these are planned wrestling angles. Goldberg was always supposed to be there so he could attack Lesnar. WCW might not have liked it, but WWE planned on putting Flair in the front row. However, at Survivor Series on Sunday night, WWE had an uninvited guest in the crowd.

That guest was Enzo Amore. The former WWE Superstar seemingly bought himself a second-row ticket to the PPV and then proceeded to do what he does best, try to make it all about him. Amore apparently tried to start up a chant about himself in between matches according to The Big Lead and simply attempted to get as much focus on himself as he possibly could.
Naturally, it didn't take long for security to catch wind of what was going on and remove Amore from the building. You can see that happening courtesy of the tweet above and as we think you'll agree, it is very obviously the former Cruiserweight Champion. Amore was fired from WWE following a miscommunication between he and the company over sexual assault allegations that had been made against him.
As we detailed above, wrestlers in the WWE Universe is not uncommon and has been used in angles for decades. There has even been speculation on social media that Amore might have very well been a plant by WWE. Personally, we highly doubt that. We can't ever see Amore being welcomed back to the company, much less only ten months after he was released. Amore has a show in West Hollywood on Monday, and this was a way to get some publicity since he was in town anyway.
